Both parts are well separated by a technical room. The rented part is completely independent, with a dedicated entrance/parking dedicated and invisible to our view and a reserved terrace area with a breeze. We only share the pool and fenced garden.

Outside, you can rest in the deckchairs or garden furniture, enjoy a meal cooked on the griddle or simply go to the end of the street to enjoy the beach!

Bike paths 200 m away to discover the Atlantic beaches and go around the Arcachon basin, two bikes are at your disposal. You will appreciate it for its calm and comfort.... It is perfect for couples, possibly for couples with 1 or 2 children, solo travelers and four-legged companions who will be safe
