center location and quick response by host are the main features of this stay

very comfortable, clean apartment, has everything you need (iron, hair dryer, microwave). convenient location, there are shops nearby. the owner is friendly, always in touch, met us personally. the apartment is exactly the same as in the photo, with a beautiful view.

The apartment is very cozy with old furniture and lovingly decorated by the hostess Ruzana, an artist. The mattresses are very comfortable. With a few more rooms, the apartment is directly adjacent to a shady, tree-lined meadow, where you can sit and have breakfast under a cherry tree. The apartment is centrally located in the village and yet it is completely quiet, a small paradise. Ruzana is a very warm hostess who helps with everything, e.g. organizing a taxi. We also tried their excellent Armenian cuisine and were delighted. We'll be back.
