Nous vous proposons la location de notre petite maison récente de 70m2. Elle dispose d'une magnifique vue sur le massif des Bornes Aravis qui vous fera vous évadez. Le séjour cuisine ouverte ainsi que la terrasse vous permettront d'en profiter pleinement. La maison est mitoyenne d'une autre maison, elle dispose de son accès privé et d'une place de stationnement. Situé sur une colline, à la lisière d'un bois, vous profiterez d’une très belle vue dégagée sur les montagnes et le lac d'Annecy. 31m2, 2 pièces, vous logerez dans la moitié de la maisonnette de plain-pied d’ailleurs l’autre moitié « dans les BOIS » se loue aussi. PROMenons-nous vous offre un voyage dans le temps ! Le décor pastel au style rétro des années 50-60, crée une atmosphère chaleureuse, poétique empreinte de nostalgie.

Annecy est à 5 mn en voiture et le lac/ vieille ville sont à 10/15 mn en voiture. les voyageurs disposent de beaucoup d'espace, d'une pergola avec cuisine d'été, et d’un tennis ! Cette roulotte Roumaine de 14 m2 habitables, a été réalisée artisanalement en Roumanie et offre tout le confort nécessaire (isolation, chauffage, salle de bain etc.)
