Le séjour cuisine ouverte ainsi que la terrasse vous permettront d'en profiter pleinement. La maison est mitoyenne d'une autre maison, elle dispose de son accès privé et d'une place de stationnement. Nous serons très heureux vous faire partager ce spot exceptionnel implanté dans terrain arborisé, au bord de la rivière au bout de notre terrain. Annecy est à 5 mn en voiture et le lac/ vieille ville sont à 10/15 mn en voiture. les voyageurs disposent de beaucoup d'espace, d'une pergola avec cuisine d'été, et d’un tennis ! Cette roulotte Roumaine de 14 m2 habitables, a été réalisée artisanalement en Roumanie et offre tout le confort nécessaire (isolation, chauffage, salle de bain etc.)
