The Appendix, our accommodation is an outbuilding of the house not overlooked directly, with private access. Quiet studio and ideally located in Annecy Seynod, 5 min by car from the center of Annecy, 15 min by bus from the train station, 30 min walk from the center, 30 min by car from the ski. Close to the mountains, the lake, you can enjoy the outdoor areas of the house as a couple, or solo. Multiple on site parking spaces. The kitchen is equipped and the accommodation is air-conditioned if needed.

In our cozy little village, 20-30 minutes from Annecy, Geneva or Bellegarde/Valserine, come and enjoy the countryside. Close to shops and public transport (LIHSA line 22). On approximately 50 m2 and 2 levels, the house includes: Ground floor: living room/kitchen with direct access to the terrace, shower room and separate toilet.
