Tiene incluido la plaza de garaje, ya que en la calle es difícil aparcar. Tampoco se necesitaría coche. Hay conexiones desde el aeropuerto. Ubicación privilegiada con todas las necesidadesa a tú alcance, playa, restaurantes, supermercados, farmacia, a 2 minuto.

Tíz lépés a fekete homokos óceánparti strand. Halk morajlás, igazi mediterrán hangulat. A ház előtt gyalogút, pálmafákkal szegélyezve – mindig az óceán hangját követve. A reggelek itt lassúak, a naplementék megismételhetetlenek. Ez a 44 m²-es apartman a +14 m²-es, óceánra néző terasszal tökéletes választás két fő számára. Külön hálószoba franciaággyal, mobil munkaasztal, 1 gigabites internet, kényelmes nappali és mindennel felszerelt konyha egy térben. Sok szeretettel várunk benneteket is!

Excelente apartamento muy cerca del mar y muy céntrico en el pueblo de Arguineguín. Se encuentra totalmente equipado, tiene dos dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio y el otro con dos camas individuales, cocina, salón con televisión, un baño y un maravilloso balcón para disfrutar al aire libre y relajarte. Está ubicado a dos minutos de ambas playas, rodeado de restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados y zonas donde pasear. Aquí podrá disfrutar de unas maravillosas y relajantes vacaciones.
