Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Arkansas River

This was the most peaceful adequate space for us! We didn’t want to leave! We felt like we were in the country, but everything we needed or wanted was right around us. We will be back and I have already shared with two other families. Thanks for your hospitality!

This little gem of an apartment is in a great location. We were at a fairgrounds event and this had us close by and close to good restaurant options. Take time and check out the depot if you can- great history! Everything was as described! Clean! Comfortable! Hope to stay again in the coming years.

This loft was a PERFECT gift to us as we traveled from Oklahoma to Colorado. The space is excellently designed, clean, and every thing is just right even down to the books on the shelves. Bonus that a few of our favorite musicians are in the posters on the walls! This renewed downtown area is also turning into a cool, charming area. We’ll definitely stay here again in our travels! We had a great stay, it’s exactly as pictured. Good ac which is important during summers in KC. Comfy bed and sofa, the kitchen was fully stocked for everything we needed. The only thing I was surprised by was it was pretty noisy when the upstairs neighbors would walk around, but I thankfully it wasn’t too frequent. I’d easily stay here again. Jake was also super proactive and clear in communications so we didn’t need much during our stay.

My father was experiencing some serious health issues, had to come down from St. Louis for the weekend and had a wonderful stay. Gwen was so accommodating and hospitable, I highly recommend her Airbnb!

The PERFECT SPOT on our travels across the country! We couldn’t have asked for a better, more relaxing, more inviting, more STOCKED place than this! The studio has everything.. and more! We were only staying one night.. as we traveled across the country.. but could have easily stayed a month!! We had a comfortable, cozy, and restful sleep. We made eggs and bacon in the morning and had more than what we needed. There was even a brand new milk in the fridge, boxes of cereal, and large bottles of bottled water. Everything was exceptionally clean and fresh! We so much appreciated the comforts! Would definitely stay again!!!

Great space, tucked away in the woods. Nice amenities on a great lake in Fort Scott. Spacious, clean, peaceful and very comfortable. Did our annual father-son fishing trip here. Fishing wasn't great because of the weather, but based on how many boats we saw in the area, must be a good spot. Would stay again. Boys had a great time too.

The treehouse was wonderful! If we are back in town we will definitely stay here again! We loved the peace and quiet, just a few minutes away from everything we needed. The luggage lift was awesome, and honestly entertained us! Emily was quick to respond and so nice, we will definitely be back!

Loved your bungalow. It was so adorable and very welcoming, like come on in, have dinner and talk. the pond is beautiful with nice crappies for the catching. My wife caught a crappie that was at least 1.5 lbs it's colors were so define and beautiful and caught 1 lb and a 2 lb bass. The land is very well manicured and didn't feel like would have to really worry too much. My dog had a great time chasing bunnies and squirrels. The home is up to date and beautiful. I definitely recommend this stay I highly recommend.

We loved staying here. We spent so much time on the screened in porch, taking full advantage of the hot tub, projector screen, and relaxing environment. We enjoyed an afternoon of kayaking and my kids loved playing foozball. This was the perfect spot for our short trip. Clean, relaxing, and fun. No shortage of pillows, which is important to me. One of my kids proclaimed the bed "the most comfortable bed ever" and wanted to take it home, lol.

What a delight! the house was immaculate, the property is beautiful and peaceful! we enjoyed our get away at Oak Springs Retreat very much! Matt is an amazing host!

This cabin was a peaceful, private location and we would visit again. Pros: Super private location Amazing views Comfortable furniture Large bathtub Natural light Surprisingly free of pests/evidence of pests indoors Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchenware, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Things to consider: We could not get the wi-fi working, but we're there to unplug, so it wasn't an issue for us. Very open concept, which was lovely as a couple, but would have been uncomfortable for a larger group. Very remote location, bring in everything you'll need - you won't want to leave once you get there. The drive in is unpaved gravel and hilly, just like the hosts say. Not every vehicle/driver can handle it. The mosquitoes are present, especially in the early summer being so close to the river. We expected some bug control (candles, plants, or bug spray) and there was none. You might consider bringing your own. There is a heavily used train track between the cabin and the river.

This home in the woods was a great getaway for our 40th anniversary! The 20 foot wall of windows gave a great view of the trees and the bike path that runs just behind the property. The nice furnishings and well decorated house made for a great place to relax. The large deck had a wonderful hot tub and Adirondack chairs around the gas fire pit. Alisha was a great host and communicated with us throughout the entire rental process. Would definitely recommend this home for any one wanting to visit the Bella Vista area!

Our stay at this condo was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the lake. The space was well-stocked with everything our family needed—and more. The host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again!

Brandon’s place was great! The keypad didn’t work when we got there but Brandon was quick to find a solution. My wife really like the place. It was nice and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

If I could give 6 stars, I absolutely would! From the moment we arrived our expectations were exceeded. Tammy’s instructions were very clear & easy to follow. Checking in was a breeze. The view was gorgeous. The location was perfect. The condo was exactly like the photos. Very clean, well designed, & everything was thought off. Beds were great! Plenty of pillow selections. Everything was done to perfection. Checking out was also easy. We will most definitely be back!!

Nice Airbnb in a good location near the Plaza District. Comfortable, affordable and would return.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb vacation rentals - most have been really great, but Amy’s condo was simply perfect. She has thought of everything - beach towels, sun screen, lovely robes, a welcome tray of goodies, a fully stocked coffee bar .. literally everything we wanted was at our finger tips. Amy even went so far as to leave adorable cake pops for my friend’s birthday!! The condo was immaculate and smelled so nice when we arrived! The back deck has comfortable furniture where we enjoyed a glass of wine each night. The condo is right next to the pool (super clean and quiet) which was really convenient. Amy was the most responsive owner I have ever dealt with - when we had an issue with accessing a streaming channel, she immediately responded and resolved the problem! You will not be sorry if you rent this adorable condo - it’s magic!

We stayed in suite A. It was exactly as pictured and squeaky clean. Amenities included complimentary bottles of water and munchies, as well as coffee. The suite was very quiet. The hot tub was a great plus! The only downside, if you can call it that, was that the designated parking space was difficult to get out of. We would definitely stay here again!
