Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and access to an outdoor deck with seating. Bedroom 3 also has a queen size bed and is near the front of the home. Bedroom 3 has a designated work space and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 2. Each room is equally generous in style and comfort. The backyard of this home is beautifully landscaped and professionally cared for. At the back of the property you will find a detached garage that is perfect for Mountain Bike Storage, Motorcycle parking or to park your car. Front of house street parking is available as well! This apt, 1 of 4 apts in the same bldg, is the conversion of the attic over my shop, completely isolated from the others, & extremely private, quiet, & secure. Unlike the others, it has no apt above or below it. Entrance requires going thru 2 keyless entries with a spacious concrete parking pad immediately outside the 1st door. The apt can sleep up to 6 with a king bed, full length couch, loveseat recliner, & space to add a twin bed. It has 2 lg flat screen tv's with subscription access.
