The room is one of three inside a foyer common area. There is a shared coffee maker, microwave, washer and dryer in the common area. Room has a mini fridge. Within walking distance to Humble Grounds coffee shop, Racoon Springs park, town square, library and Hattie House. The area is safe and well lit.

Centered in the middle of downtown, this amazing building houses a total of 4 flats, all with private balconies one on either side of the suite and views of downtown. The 2 person jetted tubs are a the best for romantic nights, private parking down the street at our sister hotel the New Orleans parking lot $15.00 per night. Shops, and fine dining and entertainment only minutes away.
