Just 1.7 miles from the UofA it is a prime location to relax after game day or hang out with your college kids during a visit. Features fire pit and covered patio.

Cottage is one minute to Cricket Creek marina/State park, 10 minutes to Big Cedar Lodge/Top of the Rock, and 20 minutes to Branson amenities. 15 miles to world class golfing. Some venues seasonal.

It also has two covered/ screened in decks with a 16' bar perfect for enjoying the amazing scenery and the beauty of The Natural State. It's the perfect place for your next family gathering, or just to get away and relax.

About the Space: Our cottage is nestled in the heart of NWA, on a family-run farm. It is a short 15-minute drive to historic downtown Bentonville, where you can enjoy shopping, your choice of diverse culinary styles, and the internationally-renowned Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy God’s beautiful creations. Hogeye Hideaway is located in a private setting with a beautiful view of the Ozarks Mountains. However, only a short drive to Devils Den State Park & University of Arkansas/Dickson Street. This is a great place for a couples retreat or for groups looking to attend local events in Northwest Arkansas. Enjoy the indoor fireplace on cold days or the outdoor fire pit with S’mores! Mary’s Country Cottage

Our quaint country cottage sits just steps away from the historical Oark General Store. It’s a newly renovated 3 bedroom, one bathroom with a new front and back porch and a large backyard. There is a fire pit with wood provided for your enjoyment! Right in the heart of the Ozark National forest you will find all the hiking, ATV riding, and scenic drives you want! Nestled along the Mulberry River you will be able to engage in all kinds of water activities.
