Located in London, Arkansas, on Highway 64, adjacent to I-40, the Hale Homestead Barn sits on a family-owned and operated 9.25-acre farm in the Arkansas River Valley. Located 1.25 miles off I-40 Exit 78, the Barn is five minutes from downtown Russellville and one mile from Arkansas Nuclear One and Lake Dardanelle access. The Guest Barn is a newly renovated two-story barn that can accommodate up to five guests (one king-size bed and three twin beds) and features a large gravel parking lot.

Original hay barn for the historic home, circa 1894. It has been converted into an apartment with kitchen, bathroom, queen bed (located upstairs) and sitting area. It is 500 sq. feet. Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space which includes a firepit.
