Hospital (2km), downtown (2km) , U of G (7km) LCBO, food, 3 grocery stores nearby. Note: Sorry, due to allergies no pets. Open to longer stays. Inquire.

This light and airy studio apartment is located above our garage with a separate entrance. It features a queen size bed with a pull out full/double size couch. Coffee or tea with fresh muffins, eggs, yogurt are provided upon your arrival. Take advantage of the hotplate, bar fridge, and countertop oven. Visit downtown Guelph or go on hike in the surrounding areas. The hot tub and fire pit are available. Our pool is for family use only. You may hear some traffic and the clucking of our chickens

Just 3km to the university and walking distance (1.5 km) to the shops and restaurants of downtown Guelph. Grocery, variety store, bus stops all close. Open concept kitchen, dining area and living room with TV. Sleep well in the comfortable queen size bed. Hosts live upstairs with their friendly dog.

Enjoy the natural beauty of our half acre tree-filled backyard, yet still close to downtown Guelph. This is a glamping experience that requires appreciation for tiny house living. Guests have access to a separate portable washroom, by walking about 100ft to the back of the yard.

Very clean. The house occupied by a non-smoking family. We don't allow smoking inside or outside of the house. We also don't own and we don't allow pets. The apartment is fully furnished. Our private cottage is steps from downtown Guelph. The cottage is complete with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a large shower. The cottage is a separate building located in our back garden.You access the cottage along the driveway and stone pathway through the back garden. There is free wireless Internet along with Rogers Ignite TV and Netflix. The living room is spacious and there is one bedroom with a king- sized bed.
