We love the accommodation, we feel at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the refrigerator and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfy. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including stools to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls, about 10 minutes by car. I found it great value for money.

The apartment is gorgeous, well decorated with two smartvs and several amenities. Arrival instructions are clear. The condominium is excellent, with a beautiful pool. The porter is helpful and nice. It was a great experience for my family.

We went from Copenhagen to Cabo Frio to visit my family, we thought the apartment was cozy from the photos and decided to rent it. It was the best thing we did! Our 16-night stay was wonderful in the apartment. We felt at home. Everything was clean, organized. The apartment couldn't be in a better location than this. Leaving the building, you are already on the beachfront. Close to everything, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, etc. A 15-minute walk along the edge of Forte beach, you reach the charming neighborhood of Passagem. The communication between us and the managers was pleasant, always attentive to whether the customer needs something, a 10 for you. For those who will stay in the apartment. Wear comfortable sneakers for walking along the beach in the evening. Wake up early, don't miss the sunrise on the Beachfront. Very good stay, close to the beach but in a neighborhood, this accommodation allowed us to access everything we needed. The welcome was perfect and the accommodation was faithful to the photos.

very good space. great pool, close to Cabo Frio and Arraial center, but if you want you can just stay, but as I like to explore the surroundings the location is very good. thank you and I will always come back. if you want to walk it is very fast by car from Pontal beach to enjoy day and night the neighborhood of Passagem in Cabo Frio (a tip these 2)

It exceeded expectations!! High-end house, new, well-maintained and designed to benefit guests with comfort and a stunning view. It has 4 refrigerated suites, with queen beds and closets. It also has a small office, with good facilities and a particularly well-equipped and modern kitchen. The living space is spectacular, with a large TV and dining room, infinity pool, whirlpool, sauna, barbecue and even some treats, such as a beer maker, wine cellar and Nespresso coffee machine. Everything working perfectly! The location is excellent, in a safe condominium, on the right side of Geribá with direct beach access (foot in the sand). Andressa, the house assistant, is very special! Cool, discreet, helpful and available, as well as being a great cook. She certainly made all the difference in our stay! Juliana is a very attentive and present host, always taking care of everything to make the stay special. We'll be back for sure!

We looked for accommodation on this beach because it had waves and we could take surf lessons. On the beach, there were lifeguards and a place to buy things to drink. A person attended to us as if it were a resort. The house is wonderful, super comfortable, each room has its own bathroom and there is also a guest bathroom. Table with a place for everyone (there were 7 of us), TV, nice decoration, the terrace that we use every day next to the pool, I would be happy to return!

I booked Edward’s house in Búzios to celebrate my birthday with friends flying in from Europe, and everything was absolutely perfect. The house exceeded all our expectations – it’s even better than in the pictures, spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you might need. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home. Fatima, the housekeeper, is truly fantastic – warm, helpful, and an incredible cook. Her meals were a highlight of our stay. Her son Fernando kindly did all the grocery shopping ahead of our arrival, so everything was ready and waiting for us, which made settling in incredibly smooth. The house itself is fully functional, comfortable, and ideal for a group gathering. Whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying a meal together, we felt totally at ease. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a special and stress-free stay in Búzios. I would absolutely come back.

A simply amazing house, we had to spend a quick time for it that got a taste of wanting more! A modern house with lots of space, spacious rooms, one even had a balcony and desk for home office, the living room also had a Playstation 4 with VR, which for those who like it is a great differential. We like it very much and we will definitely go back.

the condominium is in a beautiful area of the araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. it has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to fulfill our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It has a kitchen with everything and also has everything you need for a comfortable and cozy stay. The balcony and the rooms have an incredible view of the lagoon and pool. The condominium is super organized, providing an incredible stay with its wonderful pool and the lagoon beach all around the condominium, and all this complemented by a gym and game room. The restaurant has affordable prices and a good variety of food.
