The apartment is in one of the most exclusive residential areas on the island, very safe and well connected. It is part of a beautiful villa but has a separate entrance and direct access to the garden and private pool. Equipped with all kinds of details. Price/night up to 2 people €65, 3rd person supplement €15. We are close to a promenade, with a bike path, which leads to Arrecife or Playa Honda, an ideal location for exploring the island: 37 km from the south and 40 km from the north.

There are many restaurants and bars on the beautiful beach promenade.Playa Honda is located halfway between the capital Arrecife and the tourist resort of Puerto del Carmen and both places can be reached by bike or on foot via the beach promenade.

VACATION ON A SAILBOAT

# Beautiful 8.40 Mts sailboat, the interior is small ( 1.62 Mt high) but very cozy. The back exterior (bathtub) is spacious and comfortable for moments in the sun. Not appropriate for children or people with reduced mobility. Bathrooms and showers locate in the marina that it is located 10 min walk to the center of town where you will find very nice places, shopping malls, cinemas, nightlife, buses to go to all areas of the island, beach and historical places.
