Very compact but with everything you need for your comfort. Bed with a spring mattress for a good night's rest. It has 2 bedrooms, fans in the bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, TV, internet, Sky, Netflix, an equipped kitchen, a closed patio, CINDAPA alarm and monitoring. WE DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS OF FRIENDS, ONLY FAMILIES. WE DO NOT RENT TO EVENTS OR BIRTHDAYS. The rental is for up to 7 people. NO LOUD NOISES. We do not provide bed linen. No more than 2 small pets. The cleaning fee is R$ 200.

Great house, it is necessary to bring coffee maker and Mixer. the entrance to the residence has a poorly made ramp and drag in low cars up to the mini van style. I have an idea and a bookie, we had to put woods in order to properly access the garage, aside from this issue the house is great, impeccable cleaning, great service, host responds quickly and met expectations, we will probably return in the future.🤝🤝

It is close to the beach, but it is a very quiet, little bustling beach, so you don't like a lot of muvuca, the beach is great. for those who like more movement, then you need to go by car to the center. The house served well, it is well equipped, large, spacious, it has a lot of fans, a great place for rest. Tranquil, very residential area. The host welcomed us, responded quickly, was very receptive and gave us tips from the region. You were also flexible about check-in. Overall, we like the stay.
