Beachfront holiday rental in Arroio do Sal

We love the house, great and super-equipped environments, we intend to go back for sure.

The space offered is a simple but honest apartment in what it is proposed. It has an excellent location, with direct sea view on a very quiet beach, ideal for families with children. BBQ grill with views of the waterfront is an excellent setting. The rooms are not air-conditioned, but we do not miss the air conditioning, given the apartment, due to its location, provide a great ventilation in all rooms. At arrival, elevator and TV were not working. The host, after communicating these details, was solicitous for the issues to be resolved as soon as possible, to which we appreciate. Another positive point is the showers, as it has a great water flow. Finally, it does mention that the closed garage is excellent, as it houses the car of the direct incidence of the sea and has become the deposit of our beach chairs (brought from home), avoiding having to carry them to the apartment.

Everything was wonderful, stay and location. Fernando was super attentive and always responded to messages quickly. Super cozy house, as in the ad, foot in the sand and super clean beach! Super indico and we will definitely be back!!!

We loved the accommodation of Vandressa , much better than in the pictures, everything clean and organized, well-equipped house had everything we needed , right next to the beach , quiet place! Amamos , sure if we have another chance, we'll be back.

We loved the stay. Quiet location, close to the beach. The environment is clean and organized. One tip is to add an iron to the items. In addition, it has everything you need. Super recommended!

Super pleasant place, very close to the sea, you could go barefoot, and close to the center, quiet place, well family. Clean beach, with a lot of sandy extension, clean and fine. We only miss more "barzinhos" near the place we arrived on the beach, in the rest, perfect!

Amanda's home and her family is spectacular. Great for pleasant family time. Super spacious, well-equipped with cookware and super-equipped for the activities that the house provides. The great location is also. Near the beach and near the city center. The beach is quiet, the neighborhood quiet and family friendly. Communication with Amanda was also super good, with quick response and requests all questions. We will definitely be back.

We very much enjoyed the stay at Meiken's place, near the beach, to walk, airy place, wide and all organized with care and excellent cleaning!! Live is better than the photos!! We'll be back for sure!!

The house is simply spectacular and perfect for families. We spent 4 extraordinary days. The condominium infrastructure is excellent. Next to the beach. Quiet place. Everything is extremely clean and organized, and the house is super well-equipped. Dona Sonia who accompanied us during these days is a love of person, very careful, helpful and concerned to accommodate us well. We really felt at home.

Everything is fine, I did not remember that it is a single environment but it is clear in the notice. All the other,well and I forgot one detail:there are 3 folding chairs and 1 umbrella available to take to the beach,that's great! And the covered garage with a remote control gate!

The place is spacious and very neat. It has spacious spaces for the whole family. Swimming pool and beachfront home. Nearby amenities. I recommend it for summer for the type of beach. Just as a suggestion I would add 2 more chairs in the dining table since the house is for 8 and there were 6 chairs. For people who are going from afar maybe they could offer extra cost linens, towels and bed coat

The apartment of Mrs. Letícia correspond very well with the photos of the listing. Super cozying, clean, organized, close to the center, the restaurants and a block from Praia da Cal and two blocks from Lagoa do Violão. In the apto there is available all the household items necessary for the stay. Mrs. Letícia and Mrs. Carla were super attentive during our reception and stay. We hope to return soon.

It really is by the sea, to see the beach of the house, it is close to the other tbm beaches, but we prefer to stay at the very call beach, we took our pet then followed to the house to see if everything was okay with him, the hostess was very flexible, both with Check-in and with check-out, we love the place, the tranquility the evening and the location, we sure will be back.

It was a great place, quiet and everything very clean and organized, surpassed the photos, kitchen with many items, including several appliances. Very close to the beach, only 3 houses and we were already at sea, very quiet and family street! I recommend it.
