Well simple , the E05 is on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms (a single bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 double bedroom). 110v Voltage Good bed, hot shower and car/motorcycle parking garage (01 parking space) How much is the location? Very center of Arroio do Sal, close to everything and you can leave the car in the garage. Very close to the sea ( three blocks from the sea). Individual barbecue, individual tanks and enclosed internal courtyard.

With a south and north view of the sea from the apartment's windows, and the entire neighborhood is totally residential, calm and quiet, making it a peaceful and hospitable accommodation. Private garage next to the condominium entrance hall. The entire kitchen with custom-made furniture to better accommodate guests. Sinta-se em casa.
