The house is very beautiful and well decorated, and also has all the features you need. It has hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms, which makes it pleasant to use in winter or summer. The condominium to which the house belongs is a separate case. It is visually very pleasant (pool area and fake beach) and has plenty of things to do with children (thermal pool, activity courts). I highly recommend the property.

Perfect location, close to the beach and the guitar lagoon. Very beautiful and great surroundings for walking and sightseeing, either at the beach or in the lagoon. It is more reserved, but at the same time it is also very close to the center, being quiet to go. Apartment according to the photos, very beautiful and new. They had the essential basics. Great for accepting pets, we can take our little dog along to enjoy the ballooning. The building itself is also quite beautiful, we were surprised when we arrived on the site. We'll definitely be back.

I went with my family and everyone loved staying in Karen's penthouse apartment. Very spacious, airy, great accommodation. And the view from the penthouse and the rooms is stunning. I am not tired of looking at the side of the Guitar Lagoon and at the hills on the other side of the city. It is close to the beach and the Vesta mall and other shops and restaurants. Karen and Fernando are excellent hosts that are always attentive, friendly and available. Thank you very much Karen and Fernando!

My wife and I really liked Tamires' apartment. Extremely clean, all very tidy, well ventilated , in the visual room on one side of the city , in the visual rooms of the lagoon . Very well located, we saw from the window the balloons. Silent day and night apto. Nearby countryside, restaurants, wonderful coffee shops. Picture of the lagoon is a postcard. The beach is nearby. I want to emphasize the friendliness of Tamires, above the average in meeting us, gave tips on tours and gastronomy in general , we like everything. It was one of the best stays . Very nice Torres Town. Super...super...super...super.... INDICO ! 👏👏👏

Top apartment for resting and working

First I would like to highlight Bia's sympathy. We met very well, he let us occupy the accommodation before the check-in time. The photos match exactly what the place looks like. It has a small market under the apartment and has several others nearby. It has several cooking utensils, super complete. The apartment was clean and fragrant. We chose the Canary Recanto for our family's meeting, we spent a wonderful weekend. What an amazing place, welcoming, organized, cozy, beautiful and complete. Our stay at Menezes was excellent! The place is beautiful and we were able to enjoy the area a lot. Our 2-year-old daughter enjoyed nature a lot, especially contact with the mumu cow. Dona Lourdes has always been very kind and caring. We are very pleased and expecting to be able to return soon.
