We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

We recently stayed here for 4 days for our son’s wedding. Guosen was an excellent host.. very responsive and flexible for our family. The house was perfect for hosting all of us to stay in close proximity to our so sons house as well as Sunningdale where the reception was. The house was stocked with everything we needed from paper towels to actual towels and we appreciated the flexibility for a later check out even though we didn’t need it!

We recently stayed at an amazing AirBnB in Ilderton, ON—an ideal blend of work and relaxation. The private pool house, tucked behind the main home, included a full bathroom, loft bedroom, kitchenette, and a bright, open living area. Sliding doors opened to a heated pool with a hot tub and a private bar nearby. We could work remotely thanks to reliable Wi-Fi and enjoyed swims between meetings. The location—aptly named Songbird Lane—was peaceful and surrounded by nature, with birdsong from dawn to dusk. The space was spotless, well-designed, and felt like a true retreat. Coming from Ottawa’s cooler weather, we loved the warmer London climate and used the pool daily. Most importantly, the hosts were incredibly kind and respectful, making us feel truly at home. What started as a working trip became a refreshing vacation. We highly recommend this hidden gem for remote work, relaxation, or both.

Sherri truly is an amazing host. Her description of her place is spot on and she truly goes above and beyond to make sure her guests are taken care of. I've stayed at quite a few AirBnB's both stateside and in Canada, and if I could pack Sherri and her cozy, super comfy place with me and take her to every place I am working, you bet your bottom buck I would! Everything you need - nothing you don't. Normally I'll look for a place with a range top, but she provides a single burner hot plate PLUS an Instant Pot. Her kitchen utensils are of better quality than I usually see and with the Instant Pot and hot plate, you can prepare whatever meal you want. I was a single occupant, so the Instant Pot and I got along great! (I've never good a ravioli pasta faster than in her Instant Pot. She is kind enough to provide snacks though, until you can hit up a grocery store. Sherri is fairly new to the AirBnB space, but let me tell you my fellow travelers - SHE GETS IT RIGHT. Simple as that
