Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Arvert

We spent 2 weeks at Jacqueline and Alain's (about 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches, close to Royan and Ile d'Oléron). The apartment is impeccable with all the necessary amenities for a great stay without worrying about anything (dishwasher, washing machine, 2 coffee makers, kettle, barbecue, garden table, etc.). Jacqueline and Alain are welcoming and caring. The apartment is at the bottom of their garden but we feel at home there because access is independent of their home. Great stay at Martine's. I have never rented an apartment so well equipped with materials (kitchen in particular) which is really very pleasant. Location in the center is perfect.

We were very satisfied. The place had everything in the immediate vicinity, a nice beach, many good restaurants and a supermarket where you can get everything. The place was small but absolutely sufficient for two people, the kitchen had almost everything you need (unfortunately no wine opener, thought that was a prerequisite in France ;) )

Very happy stay! Everything is well thought out and especially in the interest of the people welcomed! Very nice welcome gift from the host and warm welcome. In short, we are very happy with our family stay. The accommodation is arranged and allows everyone to find their way around. It is well-equipped and especially close to everything on foot. Also, the best thing is to have access to the indoor and outdoor pool as well as the hammam sauna and even bicycles available! In short, don't hesitate! Thanks again for the stay, the welcome! Apartment even better than pictured. Pool and very pleasant setting for a quiet holiday. Severine is remarkably kind and responsive. The only problem with the stay, the apartment is not very well isolated from noise but it's not very inconvenient. Thank you again!

Very nice stay, from start to finish. Coralie is very friendly and flexible on check-in/checkout conditions and times. The apartment, as described, is very well appointed for a single person or has 2. Nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness! The residence is very quiet and the beach is only a 3 minute walk is a real plus! I can only recommend Coralie's place!

Pauline's house is very well located in St Pierre, quiet while being close to all services, shops, market. Parking is easy in the small square nearby. St Pierre is ideal for accessing all the island's resources. You just have to take a bike or car to get to the sea but it's very easy. This large house is ideal for a large family, welcoming, well-equipped and can allow autonomy for everyone. We'll be happy to go back. The patio and garden furniture + barbecue are an asset. Thanks again!

Hi, It's always a real pleasure to come and stay here! The listing is as described and photographed. The location is pleasant in its tropical landscape. The swimming pool and the steam room delight everyone. However, we were disturbed by the dog poop that had not been picked up by the previous tenants. If you have a dog, please respect the vacationers... It's a matter of civility and I don't think it's up to the owners to pick that up... The lawn of the front and back garden was unfortunately overgrown during our stay, we could not enjoy the garden behind the house. But we'll be happy to come back and stay here!
