Beach house holiday rentals in Asbury Park

My family and I loved this house! It was so cozy. The neighbors were really friendly also. Everything is close by! Theresa was very friendly and responsive. Thank you again! We would love to stay here again.

Amazing stay! I’m so glad this place was available. We were in town for a family wedding & birthday, & wasn’t able to stay with family, so we splurged & booked this house. A block away from the beach & just a few blocks from my sister, it was an ideal location for us. The house is beautiful & comfortable, & has everything you need. I think we’ll book this house every summer from now on!

It was better than expected. The photos were great representations of the house and it was so beautifully decorated and laid out. We really enjoyed how comfortable everything was and how "light" everything was inside. Made it so cozy! Michael quickly replied with any question we had! We were bummed we were going to be able to spend more time there but plan on re-booking. Thank you again so so much for hosting us!

Beautiful home very short walk from beach and inlet with cafes. Small private patio and second floor deck were lovely. Quiet neighborhood. Christine was very responsive. When we had trouble with the AC someone came by to fix right away.

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids for four nights, and we had the best time. The location was perfect, close to the beach and local restaurants, but on a quiet street. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. Elana and Andy provided us with beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and passes to the local beach. We had a couple chilly evenings and the fire pit kept us warm and was perfect for roasting marshmallows. This is a great house for a family beach vacation.

David’s place has everything you could possibly need for a weekend beach trip. We had a group of 14 and everyone was comfortable and well accommodated. The location is a 5 min walk to the beach. The house was absolutely perfect- newly renovated but still had the charm and beauty of an older house. Highly highly recommend.

We stayed here for the first time last year and were so blown away we had to make sure to return! It was even more magical than our memories - perfect location, steps from the beach, essentially on the beach your entire stay at the house. We grilled dinner every night and sat in the provided chairs watching the sunset. Hard to imagine a more perfect getaway!

We had a great time staying here! The house was so close to the beach, super clean, everything was setup for our needs, they made it feel at home and so easy for a quick great beach getaway! We walked to a ton of great restaurants and even on a rainy weekend there was enough to do to still have a great time! Stefania was communicative and everything was exactly as described. Would stay here again!

George & Liz’s place was exactly how they described it. It was in a quiet neighborhood close to area restaurants and the beach. We had many options for meals and the grocery store was also very close. The house is really cute and having an additional bathroom was helpful. The five of us had our own space. We enjoyed the pool and we even took a bike ride on the bikes in the shed. We really enjoyed our stay in Neptune! The hosts gave us great suggestions for nightlife and activities. They even left a nice birthday Neptune City tote for me, as I was there celebrating my birthday. This girls trip was just what we needed with comfortable accommodations.

The house was spacious and conveniently located to a beautiful private beach. Carol was responsive and every encounter we had with her was positive! The pool and yard were great for our 2 little ones and the onsite laundry always makes traveling easier! Overall it was a lovely and comfortable space for our family of 8, and we would definitely consider Carol's house in the future!

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. Great experience all around ! I would consider renting this spot again , fell in love with the house and the host was great! So spacious! Anything that we forgot , the house had it , it was above and beyond equipped ! Great location ! Friendly neighbors ! Perfect for hosting an intimate gathering !

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this beautiful home in Ocean Gate, New Jersey. The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There were plenty of activities to enjoy at the house, making it easy to unwind without ever feeling bored. The host truly went above and beyond—not only was communication smooth, but they also provided a fantastic guidebook full of helpful information about the house and the local area, which made getting settled and exploring a breeze. This place felt like a home away from home, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Danny and Laura’s! The house was very comfortable, well decorated and well stocked. The heated pool was a major plus- even when the weather was cold, the pool was very warm and relaxing. The house is located on a quiet street so you can get a good night sleep, while still being only 7-10 min walk from the boardwalk. The beach is about 2 min walk. Danny and Laura are very thoughtful and communicative hosts who clearly care a lot about their guests - they were very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We would like to be back soon and would definitely recommend this place to future guests.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home in Belmar! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach weekend. The location was super convenient—an easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants, coffee shops, and the boardwalk. The space was just as described, and we especially enjoyed spending time on the porch and in the cozy living area. It felt like a great home base after a day out in the sun. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was smooth. Overall, a great experience and a spot we'd definitely come back to for another stay in Belmar.

Great place for a family on a quiet street at the edge of Ocean Grove. Close enough to the beach for a little kid to scooter comfortably. We appreciated that it was relatively baby proofed.

This is a lovely older home that has been beautifully restored. It is in pristine condition, comfortable beds, ample pillows and towels, with plenty of amenities for the house and the beach. Easy walk to the beach, cafes, and Asbury Park, plus easy parking on site. The front porch was one of our favorite places to read, play a game, and enjoy our morning coffee. As it is an older home, the stairs are a bit steep to the second floor, but there’s not too many. Just something to note if there is a senior or small kids in your group. We loved our stay here and would stay again!

Great 3 night short stay at Jennifer’s place. Layout was great for our family group of 5, all adults. Lots of bedrooms (5) & bathrooms (4). House was exactly as described. Jennifer was quick to reply to any questions I asked. She also gave us a much appreciated late checkout as no one was arriving that day. We loved the bedroom with books, games & puzzles! A nice touch. We had rain, so this was great. One thing to note: 4 beach chairs & 4 beach passes. We were short one of each. Thank you! Would recommend!!!

Andrew is a wonderful host and is very easy to communicate with. The home is beautiful and within walking distance to great restaurants and the beach/boardwalk.

Such a wonderful home! The home was completely spotless and our family felt right at home and felt there was plenty of space for our family of 5. We loved how new and modern everything was. And the quick walk to the beach and Ocean Grove main strip area was perfect! We would book this home again!
