Bathroom and toilet are separate rooms. Equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi. TV with cable connection. The music system can be controlled via Bluetooth. The windows are obscured.

We welcome you to the beach apartment! In a former bank branch, you will find 2 spacious bedrooms with queen-size beds and enough space for your luggage. The spacious living and dining area is completed by the wardrobe in the entrance area as well as an office corner. The kitchen offers you everything you need as well as a small coffee and tea bar that makes it easier to start the day. The bathroom has a large shower with rainwater shower and a towel warmer!

The attic apartment in our house is about 20-minute walk from the city center in Aschaffenburg and is still very quiet. From the balcony you have a wonderful view over our Schweinheim district and the foothills of the Spessart. Ideal for cyclists, bikers as there are free parking spaces directly in and at the house. Especially for cyclists, enclosed parking spaces are available directly in the house. Also ideal for trade fair exhibitors.

The completely renovated and exclusively - stylishly furnished apartment offers everything needed for a long or even shorter stay – also with underground parking on request. In a central location directly at the main train station - many shops, bars, restaurants, pedestrian zone, shopping center, event locations and sights are within walking distance. The imposing Johannisburg Castle or the banks of the Main are about 5 minutes' walk.

Klosterblick - Vacation home in Seligenstadt

In our Klosterblick apartment, you not only have a unique view of the former Benedictine abbey, the monastery garden and our beautiful Einhardbasilika, you are also only a three-minute walk from our market square and Freihofplatz. There you will find bakers, butchers, boutiques and the most beautiful and romantic restaurants in the city. Here you can admire our beautiful old town with its traditional half-timbered houses.

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

You will stay in our city apartment. Renovated by my wife. In particular, the kitchen and bathroom are the result of her creativity and craftsmanship. It accommodates two people sleeping together in one bed. The apartment consists of a spacious room with kitchenette, dining table, seating and sofa bed. The sofa can be converted into a sleeping area in a few simple steps.
