House holiday rentals in Ascoli Piceno

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Belle maison, très propre. L’environnement est calme. Bien placée pour découvrir la Riviera del Conero. La piscine est un grand plus lorsqu’il fait très chaud. Elle a été très appréciée par les enfants. Nous recommandons ce logement

Maria Teresa et son fils ont été d'excellents conseils pour la restauration, comme pour les visites à faire de villages (mais il y a aussi pleins de musées aussi à visiter), les randonnées sublimes à faire dans cette région...bref d'excellents conseils. Malheureusement sur une semaine nous n'avons pas pu tout visiter mais nous en avons pris plein les yeux déjà :) il nous aurait fallu plus d'une semaine sur place. L'accueil, tout comme notre départ auront été très chaleureux avec Maria Teresa que nous remercions bien fort pour nous avoir permis de découvrir cette région magnifique ! La maison est isolée et la nuit il règne un calme magistral, cette maison est idéale pour se ressourcer et faire le plein de détente. La maison est conforme aux photos du site, le champs d'oliviers est sublime. Pas de pollution lumineuse la nuit non plus, un vrai bonheur. Bref, que de belles images imprimées dans nos rétines. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Encore merci et peut être à une prochaine :)

abbiamo trascorso una settimana nell'alloggio di Antonella ed è stata una settimana fantastica. L'appartamento è spazioso,pulito, ordinato,non manca nulla! il contesto del residence è comodissimo sia per la spiaggia che per i dintorni,la zona è meravigliosa e vale la pena visitarla. Antonella è stata ospitale,ci è venuta incontro per gli orari di check-in e checkout, è sempre stata disponibile. Consiglio a tutti questa località e soprattutto l'appartamento di Antonella,sono state delle vacanze bellissime e sicuramente torneremo!

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso a Ortona con la famiglia e amici, in un appartamento immerso nella campagna abruzzese. La zona è davvero tranquilla e circondata da una natura splendida, perfetta per chi cerca relax e serenità. La bellezza del paesaggio collinare e il silenzio intorno rendono questo luogo una vera oasi di pace. L’appartamento era ben curato e pulito, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Gli spazi erano ampi e luminosi, e la vista sui dintorni offriva un vero spettacolo, soprattutto al tramonto. L’host è stato eccezionalmente disponibile e attento, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza o dubbio. Ci ha anche dato ottimi consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni, aiutandoci a scoprire alcuni dei luoghi più caratteristici della zona. La posizione dell’appartamento è strategica: in pochi minuti di auto si possono raggiungere i principali punti di interesse, dalle spiagge della costa dei Trabocchi, fino ai borghi storici!In definitiva consigliato!

Wir verbrachten 12 traumhafte Tage zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder im Alter von 2, 4 und 6) bei Francesco und seiner Familie. Das Haus, das Gelände, der Pool entsprechen den Bildern und Beschreibungen - es ist wunderschön und sehr privat. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Hauses sind auf hohem Niveau und dem Preis entsprechend. Die Lüftungsanlage des Hauses ist selbst für die hohen Temperaturen im August vollkommen ausreichend und sehr angenehm. Haus und Einrichtung sind sehr stilvoll, passend zur Gegend, nachhaltig und aus hochwertigen Materialien. Der Natur-Pool ist fantastisch, sauber und perfekt angelegt. Die gesamte Außenanlage ist in einem erstaunlichen Zustand und top gepflegt. Francesco, seine Schwester und seine Eltern sind sehr zuvorkommende Menschen, jederzeit bemüht Tips für die Umgebung, den Strand und Restaurants zu geben. Sie sind sehr zurückhaltend und respektieren die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste.

Dejligt sted - virkelig langt fra alt - stille område. Giorgio og hans familie er meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Google translate var en god hjælp da vi ikke kunne meget italiensk inden afrejse. Familien kom med gode anbefalinger i nærbyerne. Assisi, Forlignio og Spello er virkelig smukke byer. Lækker pool blev benyttet hver dag - alt er passet og plejet hver dag til glæde for gæsterne.

Ein hübsches Reihenhaus in der zauberhaften Altstadt von Recanati! Herrliche Ruhe, kurze Wege, bequeme Ausstattung und sehr nette und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin! Die Stadt liegt auf dem Hügel und die Aussicht von Antoniettas Haus ist so schön - eine unglaubliche Weite, die mediterranen Dächer und die gute Stimmung der Stadt. Alles sehr zu empfehlen.

Tina è stata sempre disponibile e reattiva. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa nostra con tanto di consigli sulla zona. L’appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla immersa nel verde, ottimo per chi cerca un appoggio per le attività intorno. Consigliatissimo

The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. Abbiamo trovato questa struttura per caso ed eravamo già colpiti dalle foto per la bellezza degli ambienti ma nella realtà erano ancora più accoglienti e confortevoli. Andrea è stato un Host davvero fantastico, al nostro arrivo siamo arrivati e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni del caso compreso vari consigli utili su posti locali. La struttura si è presentata davvero confortevole e ancora più bella rispetto alle foto, tutto completamente ristrutturato e avere il plus di avere colazione e struttura balneare incluso sicuramente rende il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. Oltre a questi grandi punti di forza è la centralità dell’appartamento davvero comodo a tutto, il supermarket è a 2 minuti, parcheggio gratuito a massimo 5 minuti, in 10 minuti si è in spiaggia e in 5 in centro paese. Una soluzione davvero fantastica. Consigliatissimo

Lovely apartment in a quiet little village just a few minutes away from the motorway. We used it as a break between Ravenna and Naples but had we known that it was such a nice place we would have spent two nights here and explored the area. Il soggiorno nell'appartamento di Michela è stato molto piacevole. La terrazza ci è piaciuta moltissimo!

La casa di Caterina è molto accogliente e confortevole, curata in ogni dettaglio, la posizione è tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere i meravigliosi borghi vicini. La nostra permanenza è stata molto piacevole. Caterina sa come coccolare i suoi ospiti.

een geweldige plek, vlakbij de stad. super vriendelijke mensen, die alle tijd namen en je welkom lieten voelen. een aanrader als je Ascoli wilt bezoeken of als je in de bergen wilt gaan wandelen. ik kom graag nog eens terug.

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

Maurizio's place was in the perfect location in the most perfect town in Abruzzo. You just have to open the living room window to see the beautiful hills of Abruzzo or walk around the corner to get a fantastic drink and the cutest bar with the most amazing views. He was a fantastic communicator. I highly recommend.

Saimme myös viinirypäleitä ja viikunoita puutarhasta. Talo on tilava ja hyvin varustelu, etenkin pyykinpesumahdollisuudet olivat erityisen hyvät. Puutarha on suuri ja todella kaunis ruusuineen ja oliivi- ja hedelmäpuineen. Sijainti on erinomainen niin Sibilliinen kuin Ascoli Picenonkin suhteen. Mille grazie Maria Piera e Pierluigi!

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. It has helped us realize what we truly love and want. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who contributed their time 🫶

Eine Traumhafte Unterkunft mit viel Privatsphäre. Die Außenküche war eins unserer Highlights. Bei uns hat sich Ramiro um alle Anliegen gekümmert, was er hervorragend gemacht hat. Er war immer erreichbar und kam auch alle zwei Tage vorbei um den Pool zu reinigen. Er hat immer vorher um Erlaubnis gebeten und war immer super freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist Hunde- und Kinderfreundlich. Absolut zu empfehlen

Neil and Jo have a wonderful, peaceful retreat in which to relax and feel at home. They are a delightful couple who greeted us with a smile and friendship. We were very pleased with the accommodation and, in particular, the terrace from which we could view the beautiful countryside. They are long-standing residents of the area and could advise us on the best cafes, restaurants and places to visit. We can highly recommend this delightful location.
