Great location with a lovely view on the lake and the nearby church. The flat is perfect for a few days in Ticino, good restaurants nearby, quiet private garden meters away from the lake. Graziella is extremely helpful and friendly - she shared many info about the flat and had good ideas for our stay, always responsive and helpful. We felt welcome and at home. 10/10 recommend it !

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit am Lago Maggiore – trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters! Fast durchgehend Regen hielt uns nicht davon ab, den Aufenthalt in Monicas traumhafter Wohnung in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Die Unterkunft bietet echten Luxus und Komfort: Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet (inklusive Entsafter, Wok, kleinen Olivenschälchen und vielem mehr), sodass wir das schlechte Wetter ideal nutzen konnten, um ausgiebig zu kochen. Besonders schön war es auch, gemütlich vor dem Kamin zu lesen oder auf dem Balkon am Innenhof den Regen zu beobachten. Cannobio ist eine charmante kleine Stadt – der Wochenmarkt am Sonntag und Donnerstag ist absolut empfehlenswert! Monica war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin: unglaublich freundlich, offen und stets hilfsbereit. Unsere kulinarische Empfehlung: Oggi Pasta & Trattoria Cannobio (zwar etwas teurer, aber wirklich köstlich)! Wonderful stay and the view is amazing. The hosts are proactive and went extra mile to ensure not only my stay at their place but also the visit to Varenna is comfortable. They even went out of way to inform me that the trains are not working on the day of my vacating and in case I plan to leave Varenna, they suggested alternate modes and booking details. Very responsive, and kind to respond to me even at 11 pm in the night. The place is clean and cute with all you may need for a great stay. The bed is comfortable. The cute note they shared while vacating, and a beautiful handwritten“thank you “ note sealed the deal for me ❤️

The flat was lovely and cool, spacious, and had everything we needed. We arrived to all the essentials (milk, eggs, water…), and loved being able to leave for evening swims just outside the bedroom door. There is a ferry port five minutes down the road on foot, and you can explore the whole of como! Great restaurants pretty much next door which was great!

Perfect place in a private location! We felt like we were locals instantly. We could walk to the restaurants and regularly went on strolls. Additionally we could walk to the local shop. Would recommend Benedetta’s for a truly authentic Lake Como experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Luisa’s apartment in Lugano! The location was perfect, peaceful yet within easy reach of everything and the apartment was exactly as pictured: clean and comfortable. Luisa was an incredibly kind and helpful host, offering local tips that made our stay even more special. We really enjoyed a walk to Gandria for a beautiful lunch on a patio, then take the scenic boat ride back. Dinner at Grotto dei Pescatori was another highlight. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Lugano!

Andrea’s apartment is extraordinary. The terrace and the bedrooms overlook the lake and the entire apartment is spotless and well equipped. We are so grateful for our time in Varenna and beautiful lake Como. To top it off our host helped us secure a reservation at Al Prato a very hard to get into restaurant located just across the square from our apartment. Best dining and service we had - highly recommend Andrea’s apartment. It is magical.

Wir hatten ein traumhaftes verlängertes Wochenende am Lago Maggiore! Die Unterkunft war wunderschön – stilvoll eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die tolle Terrasse und die geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung, die den Aufenthalt richtig besonders gemacht haben. Unsere Gastgeberin Judith war sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Monica’s place was outstanding The pictures did not do justice to the views Wow! Monica was very good communicating with us right from the start Check in was very straightforward and she even left us a bottle of Prosecco and water Monica is very thoughtful and her place was spotless and well furnished She responded very promptly to all our questions and offered great recommendations for transport , shops and restaurants Overall our stay was beyond our expectations and we are definitely coming back next year Hopefully by which time the C10 bus may be regular 😂 and on time !

Enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of this place for four days. Everything spotless - and with all amenities. House sits in a private park with a couple of other houses. True paradise - we would love to come again. You can walk down to the lago - though ended up taking the car most of the time to get to restaurants. A couple of very nice ones in the area - Riva/Shaka (beach club vibe), Osteria Vairano (magnificent view), Rodolfo (excellent local cuisine)

Andreas place is great. Extremely clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for our stay in lake como. The view is stunning. It’s also in a good location. Great host, very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend. Only thing to note is dervio is a 15/20min walk for the nearest trains and busses which we didn’t mind as enjoy walking.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

This was the most unusual lodging I've ever been in on a road trip The house had everything I needed and more. My favorite spot is the upper terrace. I was lucky enough to spend a few evenings there, processing all the content for the day to the sound of birdsong. It's not easy to get here, but it's worth it. When you open the door of this house, it's like stepping into a fairy tale. Unforgettable experience, thank you!

Ottima casa, ottima vista. Appartamento completo di tutto davvero, come essere in albergo, ci siamo trovati molto bene e sicuramente torneremo!

Wir waren 5 Damen, die eine wundervolle Zeit dort verbrachten! Wir haben dort 2 Geburtstage gefeiert und es war einfach perfekt! Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Supermarkt sind wir allerdings mit dem Auto gefahren und konnten dort alles was das Herz begehrt einkaufen. Wir können diese Unterkunft einwandfrei empfehlen und werden wiederkommen!

Der Aufenthalt bei Patrizia war reibungslos und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auf jeden fall zu empfehlen.

We had a great stay. Arriving by ferry, almost opposite the apartment, Gian was waiting to greet us. The apartment is just as described, perfect for a few nights. Gian offered us lots of suggestions, including tips for the hiking we planned to do up the mountain, which was amazing. A beautiful place to stay.
