Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ashtabula County

Maureen was an amazing host. She really goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. The house was stocked with amenities such as local coffee and chocolates, spare toothbrushes and small items, to things like laundry detergent, cutlery and pots and pans. She leaves you a book with all the information, local restaurants and things to do which is so thoughtful. She puts alot of effort into making sure you have everything you need and is always quick to respond and very kind. I hope to visit again in the future and stay with her again. The neighborhood is beautiful, everyone is very kind, it felt like home away from home.

Very nice home, and responsive hosts. Quiet and clean. Bathrooms and kitchen very nice. Good home base to visit family and friends who still live in the area. Would recommend, and would stay here again!

The house was exactly as described, in a quiet location, within walking distance to Lake Erie and a few restaurants (check out Sparky's Place for dinner). We appreciated the little touches; labels on the cabinets, board games, small snacks on the table. The house felt like home. We would absolutely stay again if in the area!

This is our second stay at one of Samantha’s homes. Both of her listings are beautifully decorated, comfortable and extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen. We love the location; so easy to stroll to Walnut Beach and Bridge Street. Samantha is super responsive and an all around great host. Highly recommend!

Donald’s place in GOTL was great! Fit our group of 8 very comfortably. The location was perfect and very walkable to many bars and restaurants. The place was clean and Donald was very accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend booking this spot!

I cannot begin to describe how much we love our stay. The only thing bad about it was we only were at Ann’s for a day. We wish we could have stayed all week! Ann is the friendliest Airbnb host we have ever had. Her hospitality, recommendations, and eye for decor were well appreciated. As soon as we stepped into her place, we were blown away. The personal touches to make us feel at home were simply above and beyond. It was absolutely perfect in every way. If you’re looking for an Airbnb near Geneva on the Lake, this is your place! 1000000/10 recommend. Thank you so much, Ann! We can’t wait to be back for Labor Day!

A great, convenient and comfy stay!

our host was friendly and always available. the space was cozy, perfect for our quick visit with family.

With working out of state for 7 months and jumping from hotel to hotel it felt warming and at home walking in Andreas property I highly enjoyed making a coffee and sitting on the porch. This home is full with kitchen utilities, a thanksgiving dinner could be made with all they have to offer. The washer and dryer are in the basement which is really spooky but it’s safe I never experienced anything creepy. Overall I would stay back at Andrea’s property if back in Ashtabula

You will not regret staying here! Diana’s place was amazing and so charming and clean. Great location close to wineries in the area. Beautiful property. We felt very comfortable and at home here. Very friendly hosts!

Ken was proactive and clear with his instructions on how to get in. Nice place to stay near where we needed to go. Near a main route so occasionally traffic noise could be heard but it didn’t bother us. Had everything we needed for our stay!

The condo was even better than the pictures. Super roomy and very well stocked. It was close to walk to the strip, but far enough away to be calm and quiet. And just a few miles to countless wineries. A great getaway for our girls weekend!

We stayed at Michael’s condo for 4 days. It was just as described on the website. It is a nice, older complex but the condo itself has had renovations. The complex is right on Lake Erie with a beach front. We were unable to use the beach due to weather but it is a lovely setting. Nice balcony with lake view. There is a convenience store & restaurant right across the street. There is a park just down the street. Geneva on the Lake strip is close by & we saw many using golf carts which are available for rental close by. The condo is well stocked, with extra linens. Kitchen looks well stocked though we didn’t cook. Everything was in working order. Comfortable bed & plenty of closet space. We would stay there again if in the area. Michael was very responsive to any inquiries. We had no problems at all while there.

Outstanding property with excellent view of the Lake. Everything clean and easy to find inside. Scott gave very clear instructions for entry and was very gracious with offers of assistance. Would most definitely stay again in the future.

Super clean and comfortable. Beautiful decor and fabulous view of the lake for sunset and moonrise. We hope to return.
