The space is a 48.69 sqm brand new,neat and clean 1-bedroom room feature beautiful Modern decor and charm. There are 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1.5 bathroom. The bedroom has 1 king size bed and 1 floor mattress. (floor mattress for booking as 3 guests. If there are only two guests but wish to use a floor mattress, there is an additional fee.) There is a balcony. 2 air conditions (1 in the Bedroom and 1 in the Living room). Bathroom include shower with rainfall shower head and bath tub. This apartment is located in Chang Khlan area in Chiang Mai. Easy access to Night Bazaar, Old town area and the airport. There are lots of chic places around; shops, cafes, coffee shops, local and international restaurants, grocery store, ATM, Banks. >> Facilities provided: << Hi speed wireless internet, 43" UHD 4K Smart TV in living room, Towels, Shampoo , Conditioner and Body wash, Washing and dryer machine, Iron/iron board, Minibar, Cookwares and Basic kitchen appliances (fridge, electric stove , hood, toaster, water boiler, microwave), Hair dryer, Gym and pool. There is 24 Hr. security guards and CCTV. Only people with keycard can enter the building. Guests can access to room's floor by taping with key card every time before pressing floor button. - 5 mins walk to the famous Night Bazaar, - 20 mins walk to Old city, Tha Pae Gate and Sunday Walking Street. - 15 mins drive from Chiang Mai International Airport. Guests can exercise at the gym, enjoy infinity pool ,sauna and rooftop garden on floor 16. You can also reserve spa at lobby and dinner-server of Shangri-la hotel. The guests are welcome to contact me at anytime or when you need some help through airbnb, email, message and mobile. This condominium is in the heart of Chiang Mai, just a short stroll to the Night Bazaar, with seemingly endless market stalls, and the Old City, where there are countless temples, shops, and places to eat. The most common form of public transport is the red bus ( "Si-Lor Daeng" ) or local taxi ("Tuk-Tuk ") and they are easy to flag down. Just wave and let them know where you would like to go. You can also call “Grab” which is a brand new service in Chiang Mai. Please download Grab app on your mobile. >> Monthly rent condition : Please note that the monthly rate guests pay to Airbnb is excluding electricity usage. The electricity usage will be charged on actual usage at 10 baht per unit , water supply for 35 baht per unit during stay on the first day of each month and on the checkout date. If you turn on air conditioner only when you sleep at night, it should be around 1,500 Bath per month. Cleaning is only done once before check in. The extra charge 700 baht per time is required, if you would like the cleaning and change of towels and linen during your stay. Please let me know in advance so I could arrange this for you. Security deposit will not claimed unless guest did something damages, missing or break the house rules. It is administered by Airbnb,not paid up front.

The owner was very responsive and helpful. Everything matched the description. The owner got us a BBQ for pretty much the whole stay. Location is not that good, there are couple local grocery shops in walking distance, but something decent like 7-Eleven is 13-15 minutes away. Other than that there is not much else you can go to by foot. Beach is not in walking distance. Overall for money paid the experience was great.

Geweldig huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Met een super attente host Anny schoonmaakster Lookmee. Fijne plek om meerdere nachten te verblijven. Een auto is wel een must voor deze lokatie. Wij hebben genoten van het zwembad, de ruimte in het huis, de lekkere bedden.

Duncan war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Der Checkin war sehr einfach. Die Villa ist wirklich toll und sauber. Wir haben 6 Tage dort verbracht. Zwischendurch wurde die Villa gereinigt und auch der Pool wurde regelmäßig gesäubert. Wenn es ein Problem gab konnte man Duncan um Hilfe bitten und er hat einem direkt geholfen. Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 20 Minuten am Strand und bei den Restaurants. Möglichkeiten Roller zu mieten gibt es genug. Ansonsten ist das Grab eine tolle Alternative. Die Villa ist sauber, hell, freundlich und aufgeräumt. Wir können Duncan und Alexanders Property’s nur empfehlen!

We've stayed in the Villa for 2 weeks. The place is absolutely amazing. Pool is great and our kids loved it. Margaret is a great host, very responsive and also have a great team locally that is always ready to to help you with any of the queries. Also Villa services like cleaning, gardening and pool maintenance were spot on. Location is super family friendly - away from the Patong craziness but close enough to Bang Tao beach and local restaurants and shops. Every room have a separate bathroom and 2 of them have even an outside private shower which is amazing ! Villa is very well kept and maintained with a highest standards. The option of free airport transfer is also a very welcoming addition. If we ever go back to Phuket we will be coming back to this place as it ticks all the boxes for us and even exceeds some of our expectations. Highly recommend !

Der Check-in hat sehr gut und sehr flexibel geklappt, obwohl wir später angekommen sind als erwartet. Alles war vorbereitet und es herrschte eine gemütliche Stimmung in der Villa. Modernes Ambiente, schöne Dachterrasse ( hier hätten wir uns eine größere Beschattung gewünscht), sehr gute Ausstattung. In der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden Blender, Airfryer, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und diverse Küchenutensilien. Die Kommunikation mit Joanna hat super funktioniert und sie ist sehr organisiert. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Ablauf in der einen Dusche, welches sofort gelöst wurde. Außerdem hatte Joanna gute Tipps zu Restaurants und Touren für uns. Schön ist auch der gepflegte Gemeinschaftspool.

This villa is on a quiet estate which is well maintained. It is a five minute drive or a 20 minute bike ride to the shops/restaurants of Laguna. The villa is decorated to a very comfortable standard. The kitchen has all the required amenities to cook a meal at home as well as a BBQ in the garden. Netflix is available for a quiet evening in and 4 bikes are available to ride. An extra nice touch was to have toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all the bathrooms. LuLu was excellent at communicating with me before our stay and her house maid Jeny was a great asset in keeping the villa clean and tidy on a daily basis. Lovely stay for my family and I.

Airy Adjoining Poolside Villas near the Beach

We booked out all 3 villas as a group of 7 guys and we all managed to have our own room to sleep in. The facilities were great, everything was clean, and the villa felt very private even whilst being close to the action. It was about a 20-25 minute walk to the main walking street and a 5 minute bike ride at most. Our host Poo went above and beyond! She was able to provide all of us bikes on the 1st morning, getting rid of the admin of finding a place with 7 available bikes, avoiding the deposit fees, and having the bikes delivered and picked up. The bikes were provided at market price too! She also cooked breakfast every morning as well as helped book all our airport taxis and ferry to Phi Phi. Definitely the best host we had our whole Thailand trip. Definitely reccomend! 5/5!
