Small pets (30lbs) are allowed for a fee of $30 and is payable at check in. Pets are not to be left alone. WiFi is available, but can be spotty at times.

Wonderful 1 bedroom 2 full bathroom lofted unit has been recently updated. The space is open and decorated in a fun and funky way yet still has a bit of a rustic feel. It is a 2nd level unit with no one above you and steps away from the pool (closes in the fall) and the hot tub. Parking is so easy, directly in front of the unit with 2 spaces available. Sorry no pets allowed per HOA. I love staying here with my family. I hope you love it as much as I do!! TOML-CPAN-10508

Jason’s apartment above John’s Pizza Works was great! It was beautiful inside, cozy, and clean. Check-in was easy and communication was good. I was very pleased with the kitchen amenities and I was able to cook some trout we caught. The only thing that slightly bothered us was the noise from the bar, which Jason mentions in the listing, but it wasn’t that bad and it closes at 11.

We have a blast in this tiny home! And yes it is tiny, (we were one Adult, 3 kids 13-11-10) but the main reason I wanted the rent a tiny home was to be comfortable for sleep but to force us into more adventures into the park/town. Mission accomplished! We had the perfect mix of relaxation, movie adventures and laughs in the tiny home while also logging the most adventures vacation our family has done! 10/10 would recommend!

This truly was a spacious retreat! The extra large great room with pool table was big enough for the whole family. We thoroughly enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen with gorgeous views of the open meadow off the upper deck that we opted to stay in and make dinner every night! Eating and card games were a breeze with more than ample seating for everyone. We all appreciated the clean and comfortable beds and baths. We will definitely be staying here on our yearly trip to Mammoth! Thanks Tori!

John and his wife were so warm, welcoming responsive, and flexible! The property is beautiful and peaceful if you’re looking to unplug. Be prepared for your internet to not work majority of the visit but that was honestly our favorite part. The space was private and very clean. No complaints here. Hope to be back soon! Very beautiful cabin. The space was very peaceful at all hours and aside from birds and crickets, not much noise. The space was clean and everything was very easy to use. It gets pitch black dark once you turn off all the lights to go to sleep so definitely bring a night light or flashlight. My wife and I enjoyed everything about the space and getting inside was simple. Robbie was very responsive. Would definitely book again with another two people to really enjoy and utilize the space. The yard space was MASSIVE. Thanks Robbie!
