The cozy and beautiful 2-room apartment can accommodate 1-3 people The location of the apartment is within walking distance of the city center, market square, town hall, castle, Blühendes Barock, fairy tale garden, train station, MHP Arena, forum, film academy, wine bars, bistros, restaurants. In just a 13-minute walk you can reach the Ludwigsburg train station, whose trains take you to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. Depending on the train, you need between 10-17 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station. Our guests have the apartment to themselves.

Cozy mini apartment (about 18 sqm) in the basement with natural light and your own bathroom. Access to the room/bathroom is self-sufficient. Location: Located directly below Solitude Castle, directly by the forest, playground, farm and subway (U6) stop (about 5 min. walk). In about 25 minutes by subway, you are in Stuttgart at the main train station / Schlossplatz. Easy to reach without a car. Please let us know the approximate arrival time at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, a flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

The apartment has two rooms , bedroom and common room with kitchenette, shower and hallway. The rooms are centrally heated in the shower with underfloor heating. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, it is located on the ground floor and is one of two residential units. It is centrally located in the center of Remseck district of Aldingen. Bus lines to the residence city of Ludwigsburg or the light rail to Stuttgart can be reached within a few minutes by foot. The apartment does not have a parking space.

Asperg outdoor swimming pool within walking distance in 10 min. Infrastructure (within 5 km) Max 2 people. Unfortunately, we have to reject/cancel all requests beyond that.

2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Top modern industrial style paired with exceptionally tasteful furnishings make this accommodation a special experience on vacation or working. Beautiful terrace south-east The great , exposed location right on the southern slope of the Hohenasperg is very nice close to nature and quiet , but only a 4-minute walk to the S-Bahn station towards Stuttgart or Bietigheim, Shopping facilities e.g. dm , bakery , REWE , butcher... only 120 m away, heated outdoor swimming pool 500 m away

Bright 2.5 room apartment in Kornwestheim. The apartment is quiet and in a traffic-calmed zone. Bedding is available. In the bathroom, metro tiles in white with green accents were laid. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house overlooking Leonberg. The kitchen has a cozy dining niche and is fully equipped. The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

On the 3rd floor, approx. 62 square meters but unfortunately not barrier-free. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and TV; living room with TV and sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with large shower, toilet extra! 100 m to the Blühende Barock, 5 min to the city center, right next to the hospital. A bakery around the corner! Parking space for strollers in the house. New soundproof windows installed in 2024!

Art Nouveau apartment with terrace centrally located at the castle

You will stay in an Art Nouveau house, which has recently been renovated to a high standard. It is about 500 meters from the Ludwigsburg Baroque Palace. You can easily reach Ludwigsburg train station by bus in about 10 minutes or on foot in approx. 20 minutes. Parking is available in the yard. The apartment has a spacious private terrace overlooking the countryside. In the daylight bathroom you will find a walk-in shower.
