Holiday rentals with a patio in Assago

Costanza's place was exactly as described. Large and airy. Very clean and check in was very easy. The apartment is located just a minutes walk to a metro stop and right across the street from a nice park. On Saturdays there is a large locale street market in that same area. That was a nice surprise. One of the best things about staying here was how kind and considerate Costanza is. She was always willing to help answer questions and made us feel that our experience in Milan really mattered to her. She's a great hostess.

My friends and I only stayed one night but would have loved to stay several more. We had just arrived from New York on our way for a motorcycle ride through the Dolomites. The apartment was very clean, neat and inviting. The bedding was very comfortable and the air con worked fine. Ana was the perfect host; very responsive , flexible and personable. She gave us several terrific restaurant suggestions which we enjoyed tremendously. All in all it was a perfect lodging experience. Best to Ana. Ana was the perfect host, always responsive

Marco est très arrangeant et serviable, le logement est beau, propre, bien équipé ce qui devient rare pour un Airbnb, et surtout calme pour se reposer après de bonnes journées de visites dans Milan ! Petit bonus très apprécié : la douce odeur de jasmin fleuri tout autour de la terrasse :-) nous relogerons ici si nous revenons à Milan :-)

Great apartment with everything you need. Excellent location and very comfortable bed. The apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated, and the landlady is very responsive and always available to help if you need it. I recommend it. ❤️🍀

Bel appartement, décoré avec goût, avec une jolie terrasse. Beaux volumes, et très calme. Le quartier est sympa, à proximité des navigli, avec tous les commerces. Très bien desservi avec le métro : vous êtes proche de tout ! La boulangerie à l’angle de la rue est tout simplement excellente ! Un très bon lieu pour visiter Milan !

Apartamento excelente para uma família ou dois casais. Supermercado, padaria, restaurantes, tudo muito perto de casa. Metro a 3 quadras e a estação central a uma caminhada de 15 minutos. Inclusive fomos embora andando com as malas até a estação. RECOMENDO e VOLTARIA

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Marco à l’occasion d’un EVJF et nous avons été enchantées : appartement accueillant, chic et design ! Accueil plus que chaleureux de Marco qui fait tout pour que nous nous sentions au mieux. Sans oublier sa disponibilité, ses recommandations précieuses et son sens inégalable du service (chauffeur aéroport, chef à domicile, réservations de restaurant et spa, etc.). Nous n’avons aucune fausse note à relever tant Marco nous a offert plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions ! Un immense merci, vous avez rendu notre séjour encore plus inoubliable. Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Chiara war sehr gut. Die Lage ist super und die Wohnung sehr gemütlich. Leider hatten die Nachbarn einen Musikevent und die erste Nacht war nicht so erholsam🥴 Ansonsten ist es jedoch sehr ruhig. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder in diese Wohnung!! Danke für alles Chiara💖

Tutto come da descrizione. Luca è molto preciso e tempestivo nel rispondere. Buona posizione con a 20 metri una Coop. Ultimissima per spesa e altro. Casa graziosa e ben tenuta. Tutti i servizi indicati erano presenti.

Wir wurden von Nicola sehr herzlich empfangen. Alles lief reibungslos und unkompliziert ab. Die Wohnung war in Top Zustand und die Nachbaren waren sehr freundlich. ich würde mich freuen, wiedermal als Gast bei Nicola zu sein, wenn ich wieder in Mailand bin.

What a fantastic stay! The apartment was bright and welcoming—especially the large window in the hallway near the bedrooms, which made the space feel open and airy. It was a detail that added so much character and light. The hosts were kind, responsive, and quick to answer any questions I had, always with a friendly attitude. Overall, it was absolutely worth the trip and every penny spent. Highly recommended!

Very cozy and spacious space, good value for money. Alexandra is very responsive to all the questions I have. The location is convenient - though not walking distance to the more “touristy” spots - it has well connection to both the Duomo area and Navigli via tram 1 and 10 respectively. The Arco della Pace area and chinatown are all close by, offering a lot of dining options. Recommended!

Paolo’s place in Milan was in the heart of the most beautiful neighborhood in Milan. The home was absolutely charming and had everything we needed. I am scheduled to stay there again and I look forward to it. I highly recommend this lovely space. Paolo was a great host and the home is in the prefect spot for visiting Milan.

This place in Milan is perfect for an overnight stay near the train station, and also a great base for a longer stay to explore the city. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating of our late check in. The place was well set up, clean and tidy.

Tout était très bien. Le logement est propre et bien équipé, et nous avons surtout apprécié d’avoir une deuxième salle de bain. Le logement est à proximité de la gare, idéal pour visiter facilement les alentours. Merci Giada!

federico's space was spacious and had everything we needed! the toilet was very nice and spacious as well. location is only a 5 minute walk from the metro and easy to find! federico was a very patient, helpful and responsive host who helped us get back an item that we left behind. highly recommended :)

The apartment was conveniently located near Milano Centrale. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see in Milan. If you’re not a walker, the metro is very close. There were also plenty of great restaurants, cafes and rooftop bars nearby. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Being able to close the shutters on all windows made it very quiet and dark for a bit of a sleep in. Best of all were the views from the terrace. We loved our stay.
