Newly refurbished for the 2024 season, self-catering gîte for two in rural France, offering a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and two private patio areas. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. In the winter months you’ll be cozy with the log burner - and there are heaters if you need extra warmth in a cold snap - just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

Gîte spacieux climatisé, avec douche et lavabo dans chacune des chambres. 2 WC au rez-de-chaussée et 1 WC à l'étage. Cour, parking et jardin clos privatifs, salon de jardin, balançoire, plancha, terrasse, table de ping-pong. Possibilité de louer les draps 8€/lit, les serviettes 3€/personne et de choisir l'option ménage : 100€

The 70 m² gîte in total will welcome you with all the comforts. The fully equipped kitchen, (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop...). On the ground floor, there is the living room, the bathroom with a toilet, a bedroom with a 160 double bed and a storage room. Upstairs, the mezzanine living room with TV will allow you to relax. You will also find 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and a separate toilet.

Sensitive to Heritage and ecology, we had to try different recipes for plasters, paints and tips that we will be happy to share with you if you wish.
