Beautiful cottage, near Cagliari. Quiet neighborhood. Daniele is very friendly and was already waiting for us upon arrival. Good bed and nice bathroom.

Very nice view and the pool is big and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. We chose a beach near Similus as our favorite. About 30 minutes to drive from the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

Everything went to our complete satisfaction - the landlord was always very prompt with answers and solutions for us. Also great recommendations regarding restaurants - beaches and shopping. We enjoyed it very much

The view from the house is stunning, and we enjoyed it from dusk to dawn. The house itself is well equipped and has all the necessaries to cook your own meals. Our stay with Claudio and Carole was wonderful. The house is located in a quiet location yet close to the beaches and the village of Pula. The house is very spacious, the rooms are really large and everything is super clean. The garden and especially the view are beautiful. Carole welcomes you with open arms and is happy to help for tips or questions. We felt super welcome with our 2 children. Highly recommended!

Everything we needed—and more—was provided. The barbecue near the kitchen was high-quality and ready to use. Parking was convenient, and everything was perfect for an unforgettable relaxing getaway. We spent five nights in this beautiful house and I left my heart here. It was even more beautiful and clean than the photos! The owner is even more wonderful than the house itself. The house was clean and beautifully renovated, boasting modern amenities while maintaining a traditional feel. It was very quiet and relaxing, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. One of my favorite aspects was enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. It is important for future guests to know that the house is shared. During our stay, the lower level of the house was booked by other guests. We had access to the ground level and the second level of the house and we occasionally met the other guests in the garden area.

Giorgio’s place was very nice and comfortable for our family stay. The jacuzzi didn’t work w bubbles but isn’t a jacuzzi really (ie doesn’t get hot - maybe that is just an American thing). But we didn’t tell Giorgio this so he wasn’t aware. Feel we were busy w other items anyways. Beaches are close by 10 min drive. Love eurospin grocery store. Cooked in every night and played games w family. Giorgio’s place was big and very comfortable for us! Maybe consider screens if that is a thing in Italy for windows. Couldn’t have windows open due to bugs and got hot in place. Couldn’t figure out main floor split unit. Didn’t tell Giorgio this either

We loved this place! Most amazing host Angelo saved us - arranged for us shuttle from the airport at the midnight. Many super helpful recommendations, amazing bbq in the patio. Definitely would love to come back!

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

Riccardo was an excellent host. Extremely responsive and gave great recommendations for the area. The house is beautiful and has plenty of room for anything you need.

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

We stayed in Marco's villa and it was very pleasant for me, my husband and our 3-year-old daughter. The villa is equipped with everything you need to stay in comfort. Spacious and very clean. Right in front of the house is the beach that offers incredible views. Marco was a super host, very kind, helpful and gave us a great welcome by providing us with cold drinks upon our arrival. Flexible and easy check-in and check-out. We recommend it for this stay.

A very large great house with lots of space. The best part was the wonderfully large pool. The rooms are large and the surroundings very quiet. Federico was always easily accessible and very friendly and helpful. Check-in was very easy and pleasant and even in German. The check out was very flexible, as no one came into the house after us, we could even stay in the house a few hours longer. In the area there are many very nice beaches and good restaurants. It was a great stay and we will be back.

We had a lovely stay at Antonio & Cristina's place. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful sea view, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small private pool. Cristina was very responsive & friendly both before & during our stay. The beach, supermarket & local restaurants are all a short drive away, but you definitely need a car to get around.

We stayed at Anna's house a year ago on vacation and returned because we liked it very much. The house, the garden, proximity to great beaches… was perfect again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the accommodation. A car is definitely needed. The small and nearby town of Pula is recommended. Beautiful and charming Italian atmosphere!

The house is as beautiful as on the photos, and the set up with 2 separate wings on each side of the living room is very convenient when travelling 2 families or a lagerger family group. The pool was great, nice and clean with views to the hills and the sea. Familiy meals on the porch, enjoying the views and the quiet location - just the best. You need a car, but it is an easy drive to Pula for shopping. Sabrina was very helpfull and flexible when we arrived late evening due to delayed flight.

Alessia, Paulo and family were AMAZING!!! Their beautiful spirits and lovely recommendations were wonderful!!! They are the most welcoming hosts and the breakfasts are spectacular!!! An absolutely fabulous house in a very private setting. The pool was beautiful and very clean. The beds were the comfiest I have ever slept in abroad! There was a short walk to a very quiet beach with turquoise water surrounded by hills. The host was very responsive and any issues will had were sorted out within 15 minutes! There are not many restaurants to walk to but the house had a well quipped kitchen and a BBQ. I will certainly be returning!
