Monthly Rentals in Assisi

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and fell in love with Assisi. Very helpful and responsive host. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. The illy coffee was a nice touch. Wish we had stayed longer in this charming place. We hope to visit again soon.

Great place, great host!

Daria’s apartment no. 1 was the perfect retreat – charming, spotless, and fully equipped. I had everything I needed: a full kitchen, strong Wi-Fi, washing machine, and even coffee plus snacks. The tap water is excellent – great for drinking and brewing coffee. The apartment stays wonderfully cool in summer if you close the shutters. Nestled in the heart of Assisi, it’s only reachable by foot, which makes it extra quiet and authentic. I packed light, so the walk up the hill was easy. Cafés, restaurants, and historic spots are all within walking distance. Parking in town was simple and safe. Self-check-in was smooth, and Daria was warm, clear, and responsive. I chose this place because I didn’t want something busy – I wanted to feel the soul of Assisi. And I did. I’d absolutely return.

We had a wonderful stay in Federica and Paolo’s place. It was so clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring Assisi, not far from the shops and restaurants. We especially appreciated the super comfortable beds, that it was quiet at night and the thoughtful selection of breakfast items made available that meant we didn’t need to go to the supermarket before breakfast on our first day having arrived late in the evening before. Thank you for a great stay.
