The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

The rustic yet cozy "cottage" has one bedroom, another bedroom is located on the gallery, as well as a room on the lowest floor, ski room, storage room for sports equipment. Covered garages are provided. A terrace with sunbathing area and a magnificent view over all the mountains makes some hearts beat faster.

Tom's Hütte

Take the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and entertainment. On 200 m² of living space, you can live well in Reith near Kitzbühel. With a secluded huge garden, large driveway in front of the door and a garage for cars, bicycles and everything you need … the golf course and the swimming lake is around the corner and invites you to activities. An open fireplace and a tiled stove ensure cozy evenings.
