Beach house holiday rentals in Asturias

The experience has been wonderful. We have stayed for 5 days the whole family, grandparents, daughters and grandchildren. The house is really better than the photos, spectacular views- I had all kinds of cacharos in the kitchen, for the nine we were. On the beach shore, the waves could be heard. The terraces and their furniture invited us to spend many hours, we even had dinner and tabletop outside . In short, we didn't want to go home. We will recommend to friends and family

Carlota's accommodation has been perfect for disconnecting for a few days. We have enjoyed the tranquility of the village and the beautiful views of Rinlo Carlota has been very helpful and friendly, we will definitely be back

Javier's apartment is just on the promenade in the picturesque port of Luarca. You can see the ships and the town from the room of the bedroom. In the immediate vicinity of the property it has many restaurants and bars and you can walk nicely in the harbor. The old town of Luarca is a 3-minute walk away. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need to feel comfortable with a living room (including TV), a small kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. Communication with Javier was extremely straightforward, friendly and fast. Everything went smoothly. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to visit again.

There are not enough words to describe our stay at Pilar & Chechu’s beautiful home in Asturias. The views are unbelievable and never get old. The home is so lovely, decorated with an eye towards quiet luxury but with a heart full of warmth. We loved our week there and our family of 5 made such great memories. Chechu and Pilar are a fantastic hosts, responsive and so generous with recommendations to make our stay in Asturias special. We already miss it and hope to visit again soon. Highly recommend.

A very functional and comfortable apartment. Very well located, on a quiet street and a few steps from the 5 best restaurants in Rinlo. Parking is very close, about 100 meters in any direction. I wouldn't say anything for fear that there won't be availability to book when we return in September... Olivia is always attentive to any of our needs!

10/10. We had an amazing few days. The house is very clean and Teresa's predisposition and kindness were a great added value. 100% recommended.

The house is in a very quiet neighborhood of vacation homes. You are rewarded with very quiet peaceful nights and days. There is a nice terrace out back which we used daily for the meals. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and even baking with plenty of dishes and utensils. There is a lawn for sunbathing and play which is good for kids. Don't forget to bring your own beach utensils and toys. Towels, linen, etc were plentiful. Dishwasher and washing machine were working perfectly. The surrounding area is very interesting e.g. for families with beaches as well as caves and zoos within 1 hour drives. The coastline is just beautiful. A good supermarket is a few minutes by car.

Nice house, well located for local towns. The restaurants in the village are pretty good and within easy walking distance. The house is well equipped and very clean.

Amazing holiday home for careful families and friends. Very comfortable beds, and funcional bathrooms. The kitchen was a dream. The swimming pool and BBQ pool were a bonus. Our thanks to Alvaro and Miriam, who made sure everything was up to 5⭐️standard.

We have to go back. We really liked the area and the views, in addition to how well communicated the house is. It is located a few minutes from Avilés, Salinas, Piedras Blancas, the airport, beaches and other points of interest. It has parking right there. Finally, we loved the attention received and the kindness of the hosts.

Lucia and her husband were charming, very helpful at all times and willing to do anything. We had a problem with the garage door and they solved it without a problem. They also had a nice touch and left us a box of cider. The house was much better than in the photos, the surroundings are quiet and the house has everything you need. The accommodation was great, better than described in the ad, the area is quiet to be able to walk the dog, the house had everything you need for a week, it has a good location, Paola is very attentive and quick to answer any questions. As the only recommendation, change the beds in the double room, the rest is perfect and the garden is very nice to rest and enjoy.

The accommodation is just as it is in the photos, on the ground floor of your house. We were going with a baby and they left us cribs and little things for their hygiene. They also offered to recommend things to us at all times, they were super attentive to us and even made us incredibly good homemade food. We felt right at home. It is a super quiet residential area and close to Gijón, Candás and the beach. It is an ideal place if you want to stay in the area and also if you want to move to know the area. They have ample parking.

We had a wonderful time in Eva's house. Eva's father guided us through the garden and gifted us with avocados and citrus fruits. We felt welcome and very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The house and its surroundings are fantastic, a place to enjoy without a doubt, the people of the village are very friendly as well as the host, we will repeat for sure!

Both the accommodation and the host were great. Diego responds quickly and gave us some very helpful recommendations. The accommodation was not lacking in detail, they left us breakfast and cooking products, as well as toilet paper and bathroom supplies. The house is impeccably clean. We would definitely stay here again!
