Beach house holiday rentals in Athens

Maria's place was great for me and my family. we had plenty of space and with a bathroom upstairs and in the basement the stay was great. The park was cute, the beach was a bit too cold to get in (early May) Lidi supermarket close by as well as a couple of cafes.

Great stay. In a house with a beautiful wooded garden with exceptional sea views. Our host is very responsive, with good tips on restaurants and other activities in the area. We had a pleasant time. I recommend it and if I return to this pretty region in Greece I will treasure the address. Thanks Mike and Isabella

Just show know the house is ON the beach and amazing. The stairs going up are the most amazing marble stairs, oooo the suitcases!

We spent a wonderful weekend in Stelio's seaside cottage! It was beautiful & perfect. Efkalisto poly stelios & fam. ❤️

We stayed there with our nearly 2 year old son and he really enjoyed the garden - nice grass and shadow given by trees. without those trees it would be hard to live during hot time. house is really nice - after some renovations it would be close to perfection. a lot of rooms, 2 bathrooms and quite well equipped kitchen. but the most important part is the garden - that was really well kept. house is located in a quiet neighbourhood- close to the beach that is about 5 min walk. if you want to go to restaurants or shops, you will need a car. the host was really helpfull - We told him that We are coming with a small kid and he organised bed and he even bought for us a new high chair.

Spacious and comfortable house. We stopped for two nights to get ready for the flight and enjoyed the proximity to the sea and the convenience of the proximity to the airport.

Unfortunately, we stayed at Artemis's place for a week due to doctor's orders of relaxing after being in the hospital. Staying here was the perfect definition of rest, relaxation and peace! There is plenty of privacy as you are at the highest on the hill and the neighbors are all quiet as well. We spend about 4 months of the year in AirBnB's for the last 7 years, and this place was the absolute best and we didn't want to leave. The host was terrific in responding to any needs or questions. The place is just as you see it and read about it. The small village below has many amazing taverns and places to eat and grab a coffee. Porto Rafti is a gem of a place to add to the value of Artemis's place!! Thanks Artemis for having a terrific place, see you next time!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! Everything was exactly as described on the website – clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location was perfect and made it easy for us to reach every place we wanted to visit. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. It was very easy to communicate with them, and they made sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Amazing - I could not fault this AirBnb listing in any shape or form. Kyriaki was the most accommodating host from the start and assisted with all our queries without hesitation including questions around transfers, facilities and location. Kyriaki greeted us upon arrival and talked us through key aspects of the house - she was so friendly and approachable. The house was beautiful, well located (10 min walk from the beach) and provided all the facilities to make for a more than comfortable stay. She even went above and beyond in helping us with an incident we had during our holiday, if I could give her more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so much again x

This was a great place for our family! George (who manages the home) was extremely responsive and very kind. We loved the area and the grocery store up the street was so convenient, and had amazing premade food, sushi, smoothies etc. We loved the house and the pool. Our stay was lovely. Thank you, George.

Nikitas is a very attentive host, greeted us personally and even had a birthday surprise for us! The house is self-contained, very charming: high ceilings, old built-in wardrobes. It is old but well maintained or well renovated, very clean, lots of seating. The amenities ( kitchen) are a bit simple but with everything you need up to plenty of toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. Large fridge. Good beds, new mattresses-not too soft, good pillows, light duvets or sheets, plenty of wardrobes, all windows with screens, at night the window can remain open. 2 floors, a slightly narrower staircase to the lower area, which is also accessible from outside. Good Wi-Fi for working ( video calls, streaming). The outdoor area has various levels, shade and sun, old trees, also very charming. The pool is not very large, but nicely laid out, a great cooling - hardly visible from the neighbors.

Everything was great and impeccable. Really beautiful room with a clean and very great outdoor space. We stayed here for one night but would have liked to stay there for several nights. Elias and his wife were very kind.

Amazing place! To us it was bigger than the pictures and super beautiful. Very stylish both inside and outside. Tall people will have to bow their heads at some places in the apartment but its definitely worth it! The area is very quiet (at least end of May) and we saw almost no neighbours. Sunsets are really beautiful here! Porto Rafti has restaurants and beaches but if you want more to happen, you need a car to go somewhere, like Athens. We enjoyed so much and Would definitely recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay. What a lovely big house with great air conditioning and a pool. The music set up was great and it really had a party feel. Shops were a 15 min walk and the beach about the same. I would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely two-bedroom home. The location is perfect — situated in a quiet, peaceful area, yet just a short walk from the lively town center with plenty of restaurants, shops, and everything you might need. The beach is also very close, which was a great bonus for us. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to feel at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing stay near the sea with easy access to local attractions

Dimitris is an incredibly helpful host. Although we only stayed one night we had lots of questions because I did not realize that there was more than one port and ours, Piraeus, was about an hour's drive away. He went out of his way to check ferry schedules and be available for our late check in. The apartment is just as represented, very clean, comfy beds, and lots of hot water. Getting. Taxi to the airport was quick & easy as was the drive.

Plenty of space clean tidy and a very comfortable homely feel very much our stay and we’re able to help and very responsive to communication when ever need couldn’t fault this place would recommend and would definitely return

The villa was comfortable, clean and had almost everything we needed. The beach and supermarket were very short walks. A couple of the neighbouring properties are not well looked after but Artemida is nice overall.

Had a great stay, the host was very attentive and kind. There’s sea views from almost all the windows and the beach is just a quick walk away. I liked the layout of the house, it was different from most of the other places I stayed which was cool. The remote control blinds were very helpful, especially the ones in the bedroom that cover the big window. Would definitely recommend.

Toula is an amazing host!! And even better the air bnb was in an amazing location, walkable to the beach and nearby restaurants and bars. Toula was highly helpful , whenever I asked any questions she would reply very quickly and she is just a super lovely and positive person. I would recommend this host and accommodation over and over again!

We had a great time at Iro’s house! The view of the sea from the balcony was amazing..we were 5 min from the plaz. the house is all modern with all necessary facilities and the garden also very beautiful. Highly recommended!
