Όλα ήταν άψογα! Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός και άνετος σε κεντρική τοποθεσία!

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

Wir sind sehr spät angekommen und haben nur eine Nacht dort geschlafen. Die Nähe zum Flughafen und unserer Autovermietung unschlagbar. Die Vermieter haben auf uns gewartet, bis wir da waren. Die Unterkunft war sehr hübsch und gemütlich…das hätten wir für eine Nacht nicht erwartet. Marcy hat uns sogar eine Flasche Milch für den Kaffee hingestellt, weil wir keine Zeit mehr zum Einkaufen hatten.

Appartement rénové et en excellent état qui correspond parfaitement à ce que nous recherchions pour passer une nuit, à 15 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport. Stationnement facile devant le logement et plusieurs cafés à trois minutes à pied. Kostas a été un hôte fantastique qui nous accueilli très tard le soir malgré le retard de notre vol. Il a toujours été joignable et a veillé à ce que nous ne manquions de rien. Merci beaucoup à lui.

Marianna's place was amazing. perfect location from the airport, very easy to find and very easy checking in with the lock box. Marianna also provided a lovely breakfast and a wonderful bottle of wine! thank you very much Marianna, we will definitely stay again soon!!

We had a fabulous stay at Nasos’s villa! Everything we needed for a peaceful, adult family holiday was provided from start to finish. The setting was quiet, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing, a perfect escape if you’re looking to get away from it all. We hardly even felt the need to visit the beach because the pool and outdoor space were so inviting. The hammock was especially popular. We also appreciated the thoughtful little treats left for us by the housekeepers upon arrival, such a warm welcome! Nasos was a fantastic host. He personally dropped off grocery essentials at the start of our stay and was attentive and helpful throughout, even assisting us with arranging transfers from Athens since we chose not to rent a car. Thank you so much, Nasos—it was truly lovely to meet you. We’d be more than happy to stay again in the future. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, Nasos!

The Dimitra’s place is situated just a few steps from the direct metro that will bring you from the airport. Donita’s instructions enabled easy access to the property, as well she offered a free storage option in case we will arrive early. The place itself nicely decorated and situated in the beating heart of monastiraki, in walkable distance to almost all main attractions of the city. The place itself very clean, Dimitra left for us very well stocked fridge and kitchen full of the essentials for our perfect stay. Two minor cons that you should be aware of but didn’t bothered us at all are that the place is a bit gloomy, especially the bathroom, and if you leave the windows open there is a bit noisy. Overall we had great experience there, we loved the place and definitely recommend it and will stay there again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful stay in Kolonaki We had a fantastic time staying in this beautiful apartment in Kolonaki. Everything was just right — the apartment is spacious, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. The living area was perfect for relaxing after a day out, and we especially loved the lovely balcony with a great view of the quiet street below. The location isn’t right in the middle of the tourist areas, but that’s actually what we loved about it — Kolonaki is full of charm, with excellent restaurants, art galleries, and a relaxed atmosphere. It felt like staying in a real part of Athens. The small touches made a big difference too — the host had left us some thoughtful snacks in the kitchen, which we really appreciated. We were super happy with our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

We needed a place to stay overnight for our connecting flight. Jenny's place was a great option in regards to pricing and proximity to the airport. Jenny went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She picked us up from and dropped us back to the airport, recommend nearby restaurants, and made sure everything went super smooth. She's definitely the most responsive and proactive host I've experienced so far. Thank you for everything.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist toll eingerichtet und war mehr als gut ausgestattet. Wir konnten unsere Wäsche waschen, auf dem Balkon frühstücken und die zwei Klimaanlagen im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer waren super. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir haben so gut wie alles zu Fuß gemacht.

Konstantinos place was in a great location close to everything the main area of Athens has to offer. It’s a perfect place for families visiting Greece. They were easy to communicate with and very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Alles was die Wohnung und den Kontakt mit Jenny, der Managerin, betraf war perfekt. Die Wohnung war neu, wir waren eine der ersten Gäste und daher war nichts abgenutzt oder verbraucht. Mir war der Topper des Betts etwas zu hart und ich habe gleich am folgenden Tag einen zusätzlichen Topper bekommen. Alle zwei Tage kam eine Reinigungskraft und hat die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher gewechselt. Damit habe ich im Vorfeld nicht gerechnet. Das war sehr angenehm. Die Dachterasse war überwältigend gross, man kann das Meer sehen und der Whirlpool war perfekt für uns und unsere 2.5 jährige Tochter. Auch der nahe gelegene grosse Spielplatz war für uns sehr angenehm. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es eine lange Einkaufsstrasse, mit Lidl an einem Ende und einem riesigen Supermarkt am anderen Ende. Nur 200 m entfernt ist ein sehr gutes Souvlaki/Kalamaki/Gyros Restaurant und am unteren Ende der Einkaufsstrasse ist ein nur tagsüber geöffnetes Restaurant, das alle griechischen Klassiker verkauft.

Solo estuvimos una noche , pero sin duda me alojaría nuevamente si regresara , éramos 4 personas y estuvimos muy cómodos . El departamento es muy bonito y cuenta con todo para una buena estancia . Salimos muy temprano así que no pudimos desayunar en el lugar pero Alexander nos ofreció un sabroso desayuno para llevar .
