Holiday rentals with a patio in Athens

Excellent place in a good area in Athens ! The apartment is very clean, big and nicely designed. The area is very good with very easy access to the center, metro and many other points of interest. Right next to coffee and breakfast places (mpougatsa thessalonikis for proper pastry lovers). Amazing and very reaponsive hosts that also arrange airport transfers !

I had a wonderful stay for four days. The apartment was just a two-minute walk from the metro and located in a nice, safe neighborhood. It was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Liroy was very attentive—his local tips and the information he provided about the apartment were extremely helpful. They had thought of everything, and I had a smooth, hassle-free stay. Thank you!

The apartment was perfect, exactly as described, but what stood out was how helpful and accommodating Nikolaos and in particular Christos were. We were able to maximise our short time in Athens thanks to their assistance, and Christos’ love for his country is infectious! We can’t thank him enough. Book it ! Very friendly hosts and a modern, big, clean Airbnb. Even has a lemon tree. Highly recommend and would stay again when in Athens.

The apartment is located in a very peaceful, quiet, and safe area. Being a rooftop apartment, I was able to enjoy sitting outside (on both sides, for the sunrise and the sunset), reading, and drinking coffee in the morning and evening. Since you are halfway up Mount Likavettos, you have a view of the entire southeast part of Athens, while on the north side of your apartment you can watch the sun hit the church on top of Likavettos and feel the breeze come through the forest across the street (lots of nice paths to walk, and you can powerwalk around the mountain or walk up to the top for the greatest cardio workout). I really appreciated the little things like paper towels, soaps and shampoo, much toilet paper, and other items that few hosts provide, but Christos provided. (I even had a bag of ice in the freezer!) The shower is the largest I have experienced in Athens (and I used to live in Athens and visit the city 2 or 3 times a year), and the elevator and washer especially welcome.

Schönes, kleines Apartment mitten in einem Viertel mit vielen guten Restaurants. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar, zwei U-Bahn Haltestellen nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Mehrere gute Kaffee Bars innerhalb von 3 Minuten erreichbar. Das Apartment ist das sauberste Airbnb welches ich je hatte! Tolle Dachterrasse und super freundlicher Host. Danke Panos!

Home was clean, host would respond very fast to any questions. Area is walkable to restaurants. Very private and comfortable.

I had such a wonderful stay at Evgenia’s place in Athens. From the very beginning, she was warm, communicative, and incredibly helpful—her check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made arrival stress-free. She was also flexible and kind, which I deeply appreciated after a long day of travel. The apartment itself is just as beautiful as the photos, if not more so, and the view of the Acropolis truly took my breath away. Waking up to that skyline was unforgettable. The whole experience felt peaceful, comfortable, and thoughtfully hosted. I would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending it to friends and fellow travelers without hesitation. Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

המקום שימש אותנו ללינת לילה קצרה, לצורך טיסת קונקשן. המארח אסף אותנו בלילה והחזיר אותנו לשדה התעופה בשעת בוקר מוקדמת, תמורה תשלום הוגן. היחידה נמצאת קרוב לשדה, כך שכל אלה היו יתרונות בולטים עבורנו. המקום נקי ומסודר, ותואם למה שהוצג בתמונות.

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Клара беше мила и приветлива. Изчака ни търпеливо, въпреки че ние малко закъсняхме. Беше ни подготвила малка почерпка за добре дошли. Къщата имаше всичко необходимо за спокоен престой. Квартала беше тих и спокоен, но много комуникативен с автобуси, трамваи и метро. Беше лесно и бързо да се придвижим до центъра, основни атракции и плажовете. В близост имаше магазинчета, супермаркети и ресторанти, така че нищо не ни липсваше.

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

This place was amazing! Self check-in & check out were seamless, and the host provided very clear and easy instructions. The host also set us up with a driver from the ferry port and to the airport for our travel days, which was very convenient for a big group of us. The rooms and the whole place were beautiful and even better than the photos! We only stayed for one night, it was a group of 9 of us, and it was so spacious. We would have loved to stay longer just because of the place! A lot of markets and cafes are a walk away, and taxis (ubers) are super easy to get if you want to go to other areas. The host was extremely responsive and helped when the AC units went out for a couple of minutes, helping and fixing the issue right away. Everything was amazing and we wish we were able to stay longer!!

Fabulous stay for 3 couples. Amazing views, walkable to everything, awesome back porch for late night drinks. GREAT host!

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

This airbnb was so perfect and incredible for our stay! It was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the acropolis. It also was in such a safe area, and there were such incredible coffee shops and restaurants nearby that we walked to! Renata was super friendly and always responsive when I needed something. She really made us feel comfortable and at home here!

Our stay was very short, so it suited us well. The shower had hot water, the bed was comfortable. It was easy to check in.

Αυτο που με ενθουσίασε περισσότερο ήταν πως το διαμέρισμα ηταν καθαρό. Θα ξανα πάμε σιγουρα.. Επίσης, ο οικοδεσπότης πολυ ευγενικός και πρόθυμος. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!! Σας το συστήνω!!

I can highly recommend to stay here. The bed was super comfy and it was quiet at night. By foot you could reach the tram and also walk to the center of Athens within 10-15 min. Everything was perfect. Thanks!

Zhana is absolutely the best! She made sure we were well taken of well before we even arrived in Athens. Her attention to detail wasuch appreciated. Extremely accomodating even after we were delayed over 7 hours. The AirBNB was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay. The view from the rooftop was phemomemal! Would love to come back and stay here again.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Athènes ! L’emplacement est parfait : en plein centre-ville, à deux pas du métro Metaxourghio, tout en étant très calme et paisible. L’appartement est lumineux, très bien décoré, impeccablement propre et parfaitement bien équipé.Tout est pensé pour le confort, y compris le lit très confortable et les volets électriques pour un sommeil reposant. Mention spéciale à Kostis, d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle : réactif, attentionné et vraiment soucieux de notre bien-être. On sent que le logement est entretenu avec soin et amour. Je recommande sans hésitation, et je reviendrai avec plaisir lors de mon prochain passage à Athènes !
