The Cottage

This is a rural location. Located on an open hill along a private drive, this newly built -"little house on the prairie"- is surrounded by fields on one end and woods on the other. The moon and lotsa stars at night -no neighbors nearby. Trails and ponds are available for your enjoyment. Swimming* and fishing is encouraged in the warmer months. A small outdoor fire ring is nearby. Hiking in the woods on the far side of the field will be off limits last week of October through thanksgiving.

The Creek is an original late 1800's farmhouse built on a working farm. The home is a pet friendly airbnb with the bottom repurposed for guests who will enjoy a private stay. Farm and forest wildlife call the more than 40 acres home with nature trails for guests to wander. There is a beautiful view of the night sky,all the countryside and space available to relax and enjoy pastoral settings. Next to OldUS 33, close to OU campus. Our brand new barndominium is a 10 minute drive from Ohio University, yet sits on a 100+ acres in the country. You will find it located near the front of the property, feet away from a 16 acre private water ski lake with beautiful sunset views. Visitors can enjoy hiking, fishing and swimming during their stay. We designed this as a couples retreat, including a 4 person hot tub, but a second bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle can accommodate friends or family who may join you.

A brand new cabin built on 5 acres with a private driveway. It is located only a short 15-20 minute drive from all main attractions that Hocking Hills region has to offer. This cabin has everything you can think of and more for your perfect friends or family getaway to enjoy, relax and start the next day with a clean slate.

Country, quiet setting, just minutes from town. You will fall in love with Terrell road and all it's country charm and, we can't say it enough, it is quiet. Tucked in a valley just outside of Athens Terrell Place will give you the peace you need. Also there is plenty of entertainment while you stay such as sitting on the front porch or back deck. Plus Corn Hole, Netflix, Board Games, Books and more.
