Im Sommer findet ihr hier zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zu wandern, zu klettern oder zu mountainbiken und könnt euch danach im Naturpool erfrischen oder in unserer Panoramasauna mit Blick auf den Hochkönig entspannen.

The holiday home Schwalbennest for 3-5 persons with 2 sleeping rooms is situated in the 1st floor of the "Zuhaus" across from the Saalhof Castle; our wellness area (shared with other guests from the Castle) is in the ground floor. A bright, stylish and new apartment with beautiful view of the castle - equipped with natural materials and wood - made by hand by our Carpenter. Zell am See is 3 km away, Saalbach-Hinterglemm 10 km.

Penthouse Apartment

Maishofen is a quiet gem situated in the middle of Saalbach Hinterglemm, Saalfelden Stein an der Meer, Leogang, Zell am See, Kaprun and The Kitzsteinhorn. The area has so many attractions to offer. The Austrian mountains surrounding us make it perfect for hiking, biking, skiing or just exploring the area and relaxing by the lake. The apartment says 3 people, however, we recommend only 2 adults plus 1 child up to the age of 12.

Unser Haus ist zentral gelegen am Eingang der Europa-Sport-Region Zell am See /Kaprun und dem Skicircus Saalbach / Hinterglemm. Unsere Familie verbindet Natur und Geselligkeit, welche sich im jahrelangen landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb und der eigenen Schnapsproduktion abbildet. Unser Angebot ist sowohl ideal für eine Gruppe von max. 4 Personen, als auch für Alleinreisende, Paare und Familien.

Willkommen im Lakeside Penthouse 16 – nur 5 Gehminuten von der Altstadt und 2 Minuten vom Zeller Strandbad entfernt! Im Winter erreichen Sie den Schilift in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Genießen Sie den traumhaften Seeblick direkt vom Penthouse aus. Ein freistehender Parkplatz sowie eine großzügige Garage stehen zur Verfügung – ideal auch für Fahrräder oder Sportausrüstung wie Skier.

Ruhige und zentral gelegene, 65m2 große Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und einem Ausziehsofa für 4-5 Gäste, einer großzügigen Küche, Vorraum und Garten. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, man kann gut den See und die umliegenden Berge erreichen. Skibushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus.
