After I inherited the farm from my grandfather, one thing was clear to me, "this farm is not for sale." Thus, together with my parents, I completely renovated the farm and created a modern furnished vacation home. In his honor, it has become "DER HENKELHOF," where we would like to extend a warm welcome to you. By "we" I mean my parents Heri & Ilona and me. Forget your worries – in this spacious and quiet accommodation. Our apartment is located in the center of Merkershausen, a district of Bad Königshofen. A kitchen with dining table, a living room with sofa bed and TV, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bathtub await you. In the enclosed courtyard there is a barbecue corner with outdoor seating in the countryside. In the house there is another apartment on the upper floor. Parking is free on the street.

Vacation home on the edge of a vacation home area. About 1 km from the nearest village of Sulzdorf. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .

Herzlich willkommen in unserer 2019 liebevoll neu eingerichteten Ferienwohnung im 1. Obergeschoss! Auf Sie wartet eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Essbereich (inkl. Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle), ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Smart-TV, zwei helle Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten) sowie ein Badezimmer mit Wanne und separater Dusche. Ein Reisebett ist auf Wunsch zustellbar.
