Holiday rentals with a patio in Auckland

Great experience staying at Richard’s place. It’s located in the heart of Albany that is easy to access motorway, bus station, shopping mall and restaurants. This place is cozy and has everything we needed. Richard is super responsive too! Would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for an Airbnb in this area.

Quiet and cosy neighborhood, not really near CBD, but if you have a car, that’s not a problem. Cosy apartment, can be a little bit cold, but with a heater in the bedroom, it’s not a problem.

This was a stunning apartment in Auckland. It is very clean and very well kept. Views of the city are wonderful. It is by a lot of things, and there is plenty to do in the area. Our goal was to be close to Les Mills Auckland and it was a very short walk to there. The hosts are very responsive, helpful, and kind. We wanted to store luggage so we wouldn't have to wheel around our stuff after checkout and they provided a storage locker in the building for 6 carry-on luggage and 6 backpacks, so plenty of storage for our items. Everything felt secure and safe. Thanks for hosting us!

Great location in Viaduct Harbour. Our hosts met us to help with check in. The studio has a partition between the bed and seating area which helps make the space feel more like a small 1 bed apartment. The building has a gym and pool which was useful in bad weather. A highlight was eating at the nearby Auckland Fish Market.

Rhys really helped us out when another host cancelled last minute. Place is nearly new and has all the amenities inside - including a stocked Nespresso machine. :-) Lovely and tidy, with good views. Unit has AC in each room, which is a nice bonus. Love to stay there again.

The accommodations are prepared with careful consideration for guests. It is located in a location with a lot to enjoy on foot.

Shannon is a great host who is very prompt in responding. Her place is spotless with all the amenities listed. Location is perfect as touristy spots like Queen Street and Sky Tower are just down the road and there are many restaurants, grocery stores and convenience stores nearby. We walked a lot during our stay here as everything we needed is a short walk away. Very safe and clean streets too. Check in and out process was easy too through lockbox.

We absolutely loved our stay at Patrick’s beach house - it was everything we hoped for and more. The home was immaculate, beautifully modern, and thoughtfully laid out, with a spacious open-plan living area that made it perfect for our family. Waking up to the sunrise over the water through the lounge windows felt like something out of a travel magazine. The location is unbeatable - right across from a peaceful stretch of beach that’s perfect for morning walks, kid adventures, or simply unwinding with a coffee and the view. Having multiple bathrooms was a huge bonus, and the beds were super comfortable. Patrick was an excellent host – quick to respond, clear with communication, and genuinely welcoming. Easily one of the best Airbnbs we’ve experienced - we’re already planning our return! Cheers!

We recently stayed at Colin’s home for a week and completely enjoyed our stay. It was modern, comfortable, beautifully appointed, VERY clean, peaceful, quiet, with off street parking. The neighborhood was great for morning walks/runs and there was also a great coffee shop and local tavern around the corner. Colin was flexible with check in as well which was a huge benefit to us and greatly appreciated. We will definitely be staying here again!

Had a great stay here for 4 nights when visiting for work from Sydney. Likely to visit the area again and would book this place without hesitation. Very comfortable and charismatic home. Plenty of space, a lovely outdoor courtyard, quiet and the hosts checked that we were settled and comfortable before leaving us to enjoy our stay, which was lovely. Thank you Holly and Daniel. What a spot! This house is beautiful - open, airy, light and spacious, and the mid-century-modern styling was right up our alley. We made the most of the sunny weather in the sprawling gardens, and the cold plunge and sauna were such a luxury - it definitely felt like we were staying at a private retreat while still being close to everything. Katie and Dan were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had too, and ensured we had an easy and comfortable stay. Looking forward to staying again next time we're in Auckland.

My family and I wished we could stay longer at Amy’s place. We felt right at home the moment we entered the home. The home was a beautiful space and amenities were well thought out, some were unexpected such as heated bathroom floors. Easily one of the best places to stay. We appreciate Amy’s hospitality as she welcomed us personally.

A place that captured your heart and would stick in your memories for as long as you live. Everyone in my family including my elderly mom in-law loved the place so much till we were reluctant to leave. The house was very clean and furnitures were well maintained. The view from the house was just stunning! Suyun was very accommodating and responded promptly whenever I had things to enquire. Thank you so much for your hospitality and a great place to stay!

We had a great stay in this lovely accommodation. Perfect for a couple. It was very quiet despite being off a main road and it was fantastic having the bus into the city right outside the door. John’s apartment is not a great apartment. No, it’s a VERY great apartment, probably the best I have ever rented in Auckland. Ideally located, very well furnished, full of light, it ticks all the boxes.

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

Thank you for a lovely stay Lilly. Lillys place is lovely, it was walking distance to Ponsenby shops and central to all the areas we wanted to visit. Lilly had a cot set up for our daughter when we arrived and was very welcoming. She left us to it after showing us how to get into the apartment. The house spacious and clean and the house had everything that we needed. A beautiful home.

Repeat Customer This is just a very special place. We have stayed here multiple times. It feels like our home away from home. It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!

This was our second time staying at Jacqui’s place and it won’t be the last. Absolutely love this place. Location is perfect with so many restaurants, cafes, shops within walking distance.
