This was the perfect weekend get away for us and our spoodle. The apartment is well presented and in a peacful location . Aprilanne and William are great hosts. They have thought of every detail to make your stay enjoyable, freshly baked bread, home made yogurt and fresh eggs. If you like walking, bird watching and fabulous views then this is the place for you.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. We love this typically kiwi bach. Great location. Wonderful set up with the two separate bits fit a family with adult children holiday.

Great location and had everything we needed. Ian was friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the washing machine and he sent someone out straight away. Would come back for our next stay.

What a stunning property, perched between the trees with beautiful views across the bay. We were treated to an amazing sunset on our walk down to the shore. The accommodation was perfect with everything supplied that you could need. The hosts were very friendly and gave us good tips for places to visit. If we lived here, this would be our go to place - we loved it! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Susan’s place was absolutely perfect for us. The location and beautiful, peaceful gardens surrounding the apartment were just stunning. We had the most amazing time and plenty of much needed rest. Thank you so much Susan. We have recommended Nikau apartments to all our friends and family.

My husband and I had a beautiful weekend at La Cachette. Michaela and Mark’s instructions were easy to follow and were prompt with their communication. La Cachette had an amazing sunrise and was a great space for some R&R. Thanks guys x

Great stay! Everything you could need. Beautiful house and it felt brand new. You can tell they put a lot of care into their renovations. Everything was super clean and worked well. Nice shower products. Wish it was warmer outside so that we could enjoy the lovely yard and outdoor furniture! But alas, we were nice and cozy inside and the heater worked well. Loved the thought that went into providing extra cozy blankets too. Would stay here again. :)

If there was the ability to add more stars I would do it! Graeme was absolute best host I have ever had when traveling. He picked us up at the ferry and returned us back as well. Our flight from Auckland was delayed 9 hours and Graeme let us stay at the house past our checkout time. He showed us areas of interest and recommended places to eat and even gave us bus tickets to use while we were here. I would more than highly recommend his place. Fabulous views and house was impeccable. Thank you again Graeme!

We loved staying at this batch last weekend . We were a family of four but easily could have accommodated three couples . The back yard was private and very tropical and had a lovely clear stream at the back. The beach was 300-500 m easy walk down the road. Lovely - next time we will bring our surfboards .

Sophie's place was perfect for a long weekend with our two kids. We loved the easy access to the beach (walkway is just across the street) and the big front lawn to play on. Beds were comfy with nice linen and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could need, including a great coffee machine. Baskets of toys and books kept our kids busy. Thanks for a great stay!

We spent a week at this property over Christmas. We loved the isolation of the property - the amount of native bush surrounding it and the native birds who make it their home. Due to the lack of public access to Pakiri Beach, we had the beach to ourselves! Where else in NZ does that happen during the Christmas holidays?! The house itself was tidy and stocked with the basics of what you might need. Bring some ant spray to keep in your car - we had masses of micro ants in the car when parked.

Was such a lovely place to stay the night before my wedding! Jared’s place was super clean, the bed in the main room is HUGE and super comfortable! Definitely recommend + super close to town!

This is such a great beach house! Walkable to the beach, has a great vibe indoors and out. Beautiful plants, fun aesthetic, better than anticipated, photos don't do it justice. Betty was super helpful and responsive. Thanks!

We had a beautiful, relaxing weekend in Whiritoa. The property was stunning, set right on the beach and an easy walk to the local shop. The living area was comfy and well lived in, with great couches and a generous dining setting. Alice was super responsive and warm. Would love to return. Thanks so much for having us!
