Everything worked out very well during my stay. The location is great, easily walkable and close to the underground, a large park and next to a shopping center with pretty much everything you would need The space was comfortable, with a nice balcony and the wifi worked well. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. Thanks Franziska and Halina for a nice stay!

Great apartment in Munich. It is big, clean and comfortable. It was easy to find, the instructions for the checkin were crystal clear, and a big plus for me was the underground parking garage. The only awkward thing was trying to open the lock-box in a public space in rain, with people around me, but I guess that‘s the only possibility available on site. Markus was extremely friendly and communicative, he was very quick to reply to all my messages. I can only recommend him as a host and the apartment.

Yvonne and her husband were incredibly welcoming, even waiting to personally greet us upon check-in! The interior was beautifully designed, and the large windows offered a fantastic view. We truly loved our stay here!😍

Wolfger is a great host. A man of culture and generosity. He loves to share his life experiences and create new ones with his guests. The apartment is within 7 minutes walk of Neuperlach Zentrum Ubahn, from where you can be in Central Munich within 15 minutes. The shopping centre at Neuperlach Zentrum has every shop you could expect, and there are plenty of places to eat if Wolfger can't tempt you with a homemade dish.

We had a lovely stay! From start to finish, Andy was kind and helpful, and we very much enjoyed the accommodations. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was a perfect spot for our group of 3 travelers, and we found it very easy to get all around the city from the nearby transit stations. Would happily stay here again!

The best thing about this accommodation is its host, Martin. So nice and kind young man who made our stay wonderful and made us feel like we were in our home. Martin's home is beautiful, comfortable, stylishly arranged and very clean. It have beautiful garden which gives you a place to fully enjoy in the nature and sun, while the spa center a minute away, gives this home six stars. There are many shops and cafes in the area, and it takes half an hour to get to the center of Munich. Visit Martins ovely home and enjoy as a king. I know we will soon again. Great hosts! We arrived to get the keys and were treated to beer and food in the refrigerator. The space was great for our purpose with easy access to buses and trains to Octoberfest and Bayern Munich. The space was as promised and they were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this place for a base for exploring the area!!!

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr groß und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Check in und Check out war sehr entspannt und die Kommunikation mit Diana war gut. Es gibt einen Rewe in der Nähe, wo man alles bekommt was man braucht. Das kleine Schlafzimmer ist wirklich sehr klein und es passt gerade so das Bett rein. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden gerne irgendwann mal wieder kommen!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die zentrale Lage – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in 20-30 Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Gerda war unkompliziert freundlich und schnell, wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Auch die ruhige Nachbarschaft und das sowie die guten Parkmöglichkeiten sind erwähnenswert. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!🙂

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war immer zeitnah und klar. Das Bett war sehr bequem und alles sauber. Gerne wieder.

We had a great week stay at the location. Three days of business, four days of tourism. It was conveniently located near my meetings, and the train down to the tourist area (and everywhere else in Munich) was within walking distance from the house. The house had a great living room, kitchen, and there were nice rooms on the second and third floor. (I would not recommend this for folks with mobility issues since it has a staircase that is almost a spiral staircase). The room on the third floor bed would have been tight for two people, but was perfect for me, the second floor bedroom was perfect for two. The host was super responsive and let us check in early and stay late at no extra charge. Check out was simple. We received local recommendations, and enjoyed our stay. If you are staying in hot weather, be forewarned that there isn't air conditioning and the third floor can be warm. It ended up being cool, and I was able to open up the windows so it was pleasant.

The place is very nice and the house is beautiful, with a lovely garden. The host was great – very friendly and quick to respond whenever I had any questions. Near the village, there’s a small town with several good restaurants where you can enjoy a nice meal. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it!

Simon ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und war bei Bedarf immer erreichbar. Tolles Haus, sauber und gepflegt, geräumiges Gästezimmer, ruhige Lage. Auch mit Öffis per Rufbus erreichbar oder ggf mit dem Fahrrad. Eine gute Adresse 👌

Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft – wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt! Alle Annehmlichkeiten waren wie beschrieben und die Unterkunft sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Umgebung angenehm ruhig . Super schnelle und hilfreiche Antworten von der Gastgeberin. Wir waren insgesamt super zufrieden und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

After traveling through the UK for 10 days (staying in hotels), Achim's beautiful home was just what my family of 4 (with 2 adult children) needed. House was spacious, lots of natural light, and super clean and comfortable. We were visiting family in Haimhausen and it was a quick 5 minute drive. Munich airport was an easy 20 mins away. The host went out of their way to make sure to greet us upon arrival to show us how everything worked and thoughtfully left some things for us to eat/drink. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Bavaria!
