The lovingly prepared house (about 100 square meters) offers a kitchen with dining area, a living room and a bathroom with shower on the first floor. On the upper floor there are three furnished bedrooms (1 × 180 x 200 cm bed, 2 x 140 x 200 cm bed). The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, TV and washing machine. In cool outdoor temperatures, guests can provide pleasant warmth by heating the tiled stove.

With the 4-star vacation home "Brenzblick," we offer you an entire vacation home with a huge garden, terrace and conservatory, which we completely renovated in 2018 and prepared for you. You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet space. The house, with accommodation on the ground floor, has a sauna (for an additional fee) and an outdoor pool. There is also a large garden and, after consultation, home-grown vegetables. The location is very close to nature, there is no through traffic and yet you are in 20 minutes by public transport to the Augsburg city center.

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
