The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . All the modern appliances to make you feel at home with nice and cozy beds excellent quality linen and specially chosen furniture throughout . A short walk to the beach and bush tracks , local cafes , bar & bistro the general store you can't go wrong. Private residence The managers are close by to help if required , we will leave you with a detailed list of things to do and the ins and outs of the studio and the local area. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Easy and safe to walk to the beach with access to footpaths and nature walks out the front of the house .

The Nest

A gentle, quiet space to relax, unwind, and escape. Our special self-contained guest house is named 'The Nest' for a good reason. Small, cosy, and a place to feel like you can truly 'switch off'. For this reason, we decided there would be no television/WiFi. The space is perfect for a couple, or a solo traveller. We also welcome small children if you're all happy to snuggle up in the King bed! We welcome pets, please just give us the heads up. Time to slow down. We can't wait to welcome you.

Good kitchenette facilities. Not full kitchen therefore no oven, there’s a micro & 5 litre air fryer. No wifi, our motto “talk to each other, pretend it’s 1995!” BBQ available on request. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located self contained studio. Come and go at your leisure with your own parking bay & private garden that leads to your own entrance. Studio includes a luxurious queen bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, power 3 function shower, separate toilet, comfortable outdoor couch & table & your own fruit tree to relax under. Best of both worlds - centrally located just a few minutes walk from the main street in Margaret River & quiet peaceful street.

Situated in Yallingup, The Studio has amazing ocean and garden views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel, general store, bakery and coffee outlets. There is a king-sized bed, comfortable seats, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, barbecue, kitchenette, filtered water and balcony. There are 22 steps, with handrails, down to The Studio. Want to get away from the the city or daily life then our property is a great spot to relax. Or is great base yourself if explore the region. It is perfect for couples. We are located between town & the beach, tucked away but still close to everything. Trees & wildlife are all around. We have 3 horses as well. The town centre of Margaret River is close. The cottage is situated at the bottom of our 8 acre property, which we live on. Approval no. 2098
