Our farm Fichtern lies at the foot of the Bichlalm about 20 minutes walk from the town center and is the home of 15 horses and 3 ponies. The apartment is located in the attic with extra entrance and has a living room with pull-out couch and balcony, bedroom with double bed, kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove, egg cooker, toaster, coffee machine. Bathroom with shower and bathtub and an extra toilet. Our tap water is the best in the world, you do not have to carry any still water.

We enjoyed skiing in Kitzbuhel, the nearest ski lift was a couple of km away. Car is needed for skiing as the nearest ski bus stop is down the hill (not very convenient with ski boots and skis). We knew this beforehand, and had rental car from the airport. I can recommend Martina as a host!”
The apartment is situated in Kitzbühel. Its size is 120 m² and it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a big living room, fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, two TV´s, balcony and a big sun-terrace. The apartment is for a maximum of eight persons. It is a nice and comfortable apartment and very near to the center of Kitzbühel ( about 20 minutes by walk ). There is a bus station 1 minute by walk. Buses run frequently and go to the cable car Wagstätt and to the Hahnenkamm as well as to the center of Kitzbühel and the train Station. The apartment is located on the side of the Hahnenkamm and it takes you approximately 20 minutes by walk to get to the Hahnenkamm cable car.

Newly renovated, very cozy, located directly at the stream and forest, yet within walking distance to the center. Suitable for summer, winter, autumn and spring!
