Walk a few steps more slowly than in everyday life and immerse yourself in life on the mountain in intact nature. Take your time for yourself and your family will make your vacation at the most beautiful time of the year. We are not connected to a large ski resort. There are no entertainment parks, as on many peaks of our mountains and apreski. We do not have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

This exceptional & private tower chalet for 8 people is located in the middle of the historic Kaps Castle and only 20 meters from hole 1 of the award-winning 9-hole golf course. The luxurious chalet offers plenty of space for 8 people. The 4 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, are located on the first two floors. In the attic, a living-dining area with an open kitchen & fantastic views opens up over the entire floor. Free private parking is available at the house.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

For your sole use, we offer our around 200 years old, core renovated cabin. Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Herrenlehen Vacation Rental

In the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps, at 1000 meters above sea level, lies the beautiful apartment (for max. 4 people) on our Herrenlehen mountain farm - perfect for hiking, mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, ski touring, tobogganing, enjoying nature or simply relaxing. It is 3 km to the center of Kirchberg i.T. and 2.5 km to the valley station of the Fleckalmbahn. Various hiking trails lead directly from the house.

Alpine chalet with sauna and fantastic mountain views

The fantastically beautiful, luxuriously equipped chalet was built in 2017 in the Tyrolean Alpine style with a lot of old wood. The house is located 10 minutes from the mountain doctor's office on a high plateau above the village of Ellmau with a unique view of the Wilder Kaiser. In winter, the ski bus (stop 50 meters away) takes guests to the Ellmau ski resort in 5 minutes. You can ski back to the house.
