The house has 4 bedrooms (2 rooms with bathroom), a bathroom, shower room, 2 toilets. a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee ...), a large living room with fireplace that opens onto a terrace. The equipment is modern (TV, washing machine, freezer, dishwasher ...). The bedding is new. The pool is 12m / 5m, it is heated, tennis is good. You will appreciate my accommodation because the villa is nestled in a private estate on the southern heights of Sarlat, very spacious and comfortable, air-conditioned and perfectly equipped. Panoramic view of the countryside. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). The pool is heated from May to September.
