The apartment is centrally located in Carolinesiel and only a few minutes from the Cleaner Quelle wellness center. There is also a beach, a campsite and an outdoor swimming pool nearby. There are many restaurants, cafes and 3 supermarkets with bakeries.

Die Küche ist separat. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Balkon zur Nord-West-Seite (ca 8m²). „Beiboot“ kann mit der Ferienwohnung „Bill“ zu einer großen Wohnung (4 Betten) kombiniert werden.
