Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Aurora

The house was beautiful! We had such a nice stay and we love the area. The house was clean and so nice. Especially love the fenced in yard for kids.

Melanie was an excellent hostess. She provided very useful information about the temporary closure of part of the Fox river trail. In addition she told us how to circumnavigate that closure. This was really great information as we had planned bike rides and with her info we had no problem at all. Enjoyed the towns along the river with numerous restaurants and museums and we even got to use outstanding outdoor public pickleball courts that were near by. This house is in a truly fantastic location and we can’t thank Melanie enough for offering up her house. With any luck it will be available for a return trip next spring.

Great space near many amenities and attractions. Katie was very responsive and experienced, 10/10 host. The airBnB was stocked with home comforts you would expect from a premium hotel. The Games were a perfect mix of entertainment for my kiddos. I would recommend this place to friends looking for something in that area.

We loved staying at Kellie’s place. It was clean, safe, close to restaurants and fun things to do. Decor was fabulous!!

House accommodations met our needs- 5 adults. We were in for family events so we basically just slept there and did breakfast

House was great and stocked with necessities. Host thought of items needed like chargers, etc. Very spacious. My kids enjoyed the house. Near train and busy road.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood near downtown. I would stay there again for sure. It's an older house, but nice and roomy and complete kitchen. Nice front porch. Wifi worked great. You do need to do a bit more clean up and sheets to the laundry when leaving but then you avoid a cleaning fee- so that can be worth the effort but do leave extra ten or 15 minutes for chores at the end

The house was very clean, easy to find, and lots of nearby parks. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with plates, pots, and silverware. Maggie was responsive and allowed us late check-out :)

Safe and quiet location with easy access to various business and restaurants in very close proximity! Spacious and bright rooms that can literally sleep 8, making it especially spacious for 4 of us. All amenities listed in the ad are functional and easy to use. Plenty of parking spaces for up to 3 cars, a big plus in the Chicago area. Hosts are fantastic for providing all needed services without interfering privacy! We felt like at home!!! Great organic cup coffee is a huge plus to start the morning with! Extremely kids friendly with so many toys, games, and books offered, together with a fancy bunker bed set! Definitely our first choice whenever we visit Chicago!

We stayed on the third floor of the complex and enjoyed Matthew's attention to detail. He gave a lot of thought to all components of his property.

Jim was a fantastic host. Very responsive and timely in his communications and support for our needs during our stay in their place. Their home was comfortable and well appointed with additional amenities you don't often see in AirBnB spaces, like N'espresso appliances and supplies. We would definitely consider repeat visits! 5 star for sure! This place is a hidden gem, its so clean and has so many little extras to make you feel at home. I found seasoning to cook with,.coffee, tea, cream and sugar..and even a couple of pods for laundry. All of that plus an easy check-in, great parking space in the back (which you will need since street parking can be dicey) and the friendly neighbors made my stay wonderful. I stayed 7 nights and it is quiet at night so I felt very safe and got a good nights rest each night. I will definitely book again!!!

He was available without delay and really seemed like a kind person. The location is wonderful whether you're looking for safe and simple stay or a trip into city. Highly recommend!

The house is decorated very warmly and is fully equipped. The host also thoughtfully prepared many little snacks. The check-in process was convenient, and communication with the host went smoothly. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved the coziness and privacy of the place, it was such a welcome hideaway after our busy days sight seeing in downtown Chicago. The blue line train stop became our bestie because it got us downtown and back relatively quickly (30-40 min) and direct. The neighborhood was nice, walkable and we got pretty gorgeous weather. The space was clean and welcoming with all the needed necessities. So comfortable and clean, and it smelled so nice when we arrived. The bathroom was clean and bright with plenty of clean linens. We saw Jordan out walking the dog a few times but they made a point to give us good space, and responded quickly when we needed the door lock battery changed after checking. Would absolutely recommend and hope we get to visit again!

This was our family's first time doing any sort of "camping" (we had a cabin, did not bring a tent, so it was technically "glamping") but it couldn't have been a better time. Sylvia and her team all worked together to make sure everyone had a great time--whether staying in tents, in campers, or in cabins. There were fun activities throughout each day, the community bathrooms were cleaned throughout the day and night, the pool was nice, all the amenities such as the playground/gaga pit, jump pad were photographed and described so we knew just what to pack. There was a phone number you could text if you needed more firewood delivered (even after hours) which was REALLY nice. My kids LOVED the little store most of all...lots of basics like foil/firewood/milk/butter/aspirin to buy at reasonable prices as well as really great collection of well-priced toys and gems the kids loved shopping for. It was easy to say yes! Overall, it was a wonderful time and my kids said they want to go again!

Cathy was very accommodating to my specific needs for the nights leading up to my wedding day! We had a relaxed and peaceful retreat before the events began. Thanks!

This place was amazing and it was just getting ready for the change of seasons so the outside continued to get beautiful each day we were there. We saw deer every day and staff was very responsive. You get everything in the idea of a rustic stay but with modernized touches. Highly recommend seeing it for yourself.

Absolutely loved staying at Sylvia's! The camper is very conveniently located within the park - close to all the amenities and activities! Easy to access, beautiful grounds and a very peaceful stay for my family and I.

Nico responded quickly with everything we asked of him. He has a nice home. The pool wasnt available for use but other than that it was good!

I can’t say enough about this peaceful and beautiful getaway. The home is gorgeous and the property is meticulously maintained. Deer visit several times a day and it is also a bird lovers dream! The hosts are so kind and responsive. I have had the absolute pleasure of staying here several times and it never disappoints.

Just what I wanted, a nice basic cabin to camp with my dogs. Lots of family activities and a great little dog park and paths to walk the dogs without disturbing other campers. Good bathrooms and showers. Firewood delivered to your camp site. I’ll be back whenever I need a little getaway 🙂.
