In the garage, bikes are available to explore beautiful little roads and browse the cycling routes of the Nivernais canal, the vineyards of Irancy and Chablis.

We welcome you to this authentic trailer, made with French materials, in a forest atmosphere. Charming and comfortable, fully equipped for 4 people. A double bed in its small alcove and two single sofa beds. Large, fully enclosed wooded property, flower labyrinth and its curiosities... 8 km from the A6 Nord exit. Near Auxerre and Chablis, a charming village with shops and amenities. Very beautiful area for walks or bike rides along the Yonne.

Free parking is available in the large car park opposite the house. You will find food in the fridge and/or cupboards for your arrival and for breakfast the following morning. A well-stocked shop is located opposite the house. The fireplace is available with an additional charge of €10 for wood and cleaning: ashes and dust.

I will be delighted to welcome you to my home, which is an annex to my house. You will have access to an equipped kitchen, linens and towels provided, as well as Netflix, Prime Video or Canal.
